Ana/Anna did a great job cleaning my old house for a move out clean. this is the first time i've hired E&R cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Marcio also has wonderful customer service and was always communicating with me during the booking process.

Don't let the fake reviews here fool you! Horrible. HORRIBLE service!!! They made an appointment with me, and then never bothered to show up!

Here is what I finally sent them:

"Per our agreement below, you were supposed to be here at 10:00 AM today. It is now almost 10:15 AM, and there’s no one here. No one has even called to say they are on their way here. Even worse, when I called you in advance of the appointment to let you know what was happening, you tried to justify your LIE by telling me something about terms and conditions (even though there’s nothing in what you sent me about you being late, or showing up whenever you feel like it),

"As bad as all of this is, it’s not even the worst part.  When I pointed anll of this out to you, YOU WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME rather than admitting you screwed up!  Nothing about trying to make it right AT ALL!!!

*So, it should come as no shock to you when I say YOU'RE FIRED!! Additionally, after leaving this review for you, I will be going out of my way to make sure that all of my friends and neighbors know to never hire your lying incompetent service!"

If reliability or dependability matters to you at all, DO NOT HIRE E&R Cleaning Services! ! They'll leave you HANGING OUT TO DRY! Their obviously fake reviews here should be a clue!

We hired them to clean our offices, and they did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to their high standards. Even so much so that after he asked me to do a walk-through, he caught something I missed and promptly went to get supplies to clean the spot that was missed. Great folks!

Life at times makes it hard to get caught up with even just simple tasks, one for me was having my spring cleaning done. So I reached out and asked for a quote, not only did I have a fast response with a detailed list of everything included in the package (I asked for a deep clean of a 900 sf) and truly was blown away. I saw exactly what I paid for. They spent about 5 hours really making sure down to every detail was taken care of. I feel a huge weight off my shoulders and I am now considering to use them more often. The team that came out were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they very thorough but kind to my elderly dog and cats. I am truly happy overall. If you are looking for a seriously clean home with no overpowering smells, this is the company. I absolutely recommend!

We love E& R Cleaning services. They have been with us for over a decade. They are trustworthy, their team is excellent and the work is very well done. I have referred them to many others who have also found their work very good. They do complete house cleaning, and if you need things like laundry and sheets washed and changed, they charge a little extra but totally worth it! We have been pleased with them & will continue to work with them.

I love the E & R Cleaning Company. They do an outstanding job! Also, they are so kind. The last time one of the cleaners came to my house, she asked about my dog and where she was. We employed this service at the beginning of September. We were originally planning to have a deep clean but ended up with a traditional cleaning instead. The customer service team was great and the housekeeper did her best.

Unfortunately, we felt as though the service provided could have been simply done by us alone rather than outsourcing it. Ultimately, we noticed several stains on the kitchen and bathroom surfaces and everything else “looked” untouched. I believe she did her best but unfortunately it wasn’t satisfactory for us. The only reason we’re rating it 4 stars is due to the concierge type service we received from the customer service rep which is unheard of these days.

The two Cleaning technicians did a very good job, very professional and great attitudes.
Deep cleaning took longer than estimated so we were charged additional amount for time. We were given pictures and an explanation.
We are used to a fixed agreed price with past cleaning providers for home cleaning services and budget accordingly.
Again the cleaning crew was very good. Overall they did a very good job and very positive attitudes.
