This was my very first experience with a cleaning service (deep clean). Anita was awesome! Everything was done to expectations. When she was finished, she asked for us to do a "walk through" to make sure it was done to my expectations. I asked for a couple more items to be completed and she was on it, no questions asked. She was very kind and personable when I had questions. Job well done and I will be requesting her the next time.

We've used several different cleaners in the DFW area and have always been left disappointed. We recently got a deep clean from a different company, and they didn't even clean the toilet. Sparkly Maids came in and exceeded all expectations. They even cleaned way more things than advertised for a deep clean. I have never seen a cleaning crew be so thorough. We are in love now with Sparkly Maids and will never go back to other companies.

This is my second time using Sparkly Maids, and I have nothing but praise for this company. I needed a deep cleaning done at the last minute and they were able to give me the date and time I needed. Even when we had a little hiccup the owner personally contacted my husband and assured everything would be completed in a timely manner. His team appeared and knocked it out. I definitely recommend them and will be using their services again!!!

I scheduled my cleaning 2 days in advance & got a confirmation the next day with no issue whatsoever. I did everything online including the payment! Very very convenient!

Sparkly Maids did a fantastic job on an incredibly difficult clean! We needed an apartment unit cleaned, and cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, floors needed special attention. Guadalupe and Julieta were on time and worked so hard. We were extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely call them again for our cleaning needs!

This is the first time I've used an online service for booking a maid, and Sparkly Maids was great. Denise was excellent, even got out the tough dog hairs on my couch. She made sure I was happy with the job, and quickly touched up anything I found. Scheduling was quick and easy, I'll definitely use them again!

The ladies were nice and capable. They didn't speak English so we used a translator app that seemed to work fine. They cleaned things that haven't been touched for awhile.

I scheduled Sparkly Maid service to clean my home on Friday morning. I chose a time slot from 9 AM until till 10 AM for their arrival. At 10:30 AM, I got a call from the maids to tell me that they were running late. By that time, I had already canceled their service for this week and all subsequent weeks. If you’re going to be late, you call within the window to say you’re going to be late. You don’t call 30 minutes after the window to say you’re going to be late. I’m paying you for service. You will be on time. If they need a larger window to be on time, then their service should provide larger windows. It’s not my fault that the window they provide is one hour wide. After canceling their service they debited my bank account not once but twice for their service. So I paid $900 for a cleaning service I never received. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank and I’m sure it will be refunded, but I am advising anyone reading this to steer well clear of this cleaning service. They are not professional. They are not on time. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them.

I found sparkly Maids on Google and they had great reviews. Upon contacting them booking was very easy. I needed a deep clean on my house. They provided to Maids who did an exceptional job over five and a half hours. It was no small feat for sure. I'm extremely happy with the results and I will continue to use their services.

Very easy to schedule and reschedule, they give plenty of reminders and was very professional. The maid did a good job, however the service could have been completed more efficiently when you have a deep clean with two people for my home instead of one. But I would recommend them and I will use there service again and she did a good job with the cleaning

Excellent! Fast without missing anything, and very accommodating. I was trying to move out and stay out of her way, and she was very helpful. The place looked wonderful after she finished.

I spoke on the phone with Anatole to schedule the service, and he was very helpful in getting me EXACTLY what I needed! He even made sure to include their current discount into the bill. We had Maria’s team come to clean, and they did a great job! They did put the blankets on the floor when they made the bed which I wasn’t crazy about as we then had to wash them, but the house looked and smelled great when they were done. And they organized as they went, and were very efficient. I’m more than happy with the service! We would definitely call them again

What a service! Not only were we appreciative of this company for accommodating our last minute request for the deep cleaning services, but we were amazed with how the services turned out! Frank and Maria from Sparkly maids did a super job of deep cleaning our big house - they meticulously worked on every space and did not rush through their work. They were punctual, very courteous and asked us to double check the spaces as they got done to ensure things were to our satisfaction. We couldn't point out anything that was amiss.
It initially did feel that the price was expensive for a deep clean, however, with the amount and the quality of work and the hours put in by them, it seemed totally justified!
We were extremely happy with them and the services they rendered - would most definitely recommend this business and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Wow! This was our first time booking a “Move In” package with Sparkly Maids. We were able to move into a our home on a Saturday and we were looking for a cleaning service on Sunday before we moved in all of our belongings. I searched through several cleaning services and Sparkly Maids got back to me promptly, gave me a quote quickly over the phone and was able to fit us in the next day on a Sunday! We have a 3100+ Sq Ft home and the previous tenants had a dog, so our major concerns were to have pet hair cleaned up and kitchen cabinets cleaned inside and out as well as a deep clean of bathrooms and a standard cleaning throughout the house. Our cleaner, Dalila, did a such a thorough job throughout the entire home. We were not home during the cleaning, but I received text notification that she arrived during the time specified and stayed for several hours because we came back to the home for a quick stop by and I was able to meet her and could tell she was working hard! I simply could not have done this on my own with a busy family schedule and a mom of 3 little kids (including a new baby)! We were so blessed by Dalila’s hard work because now we can move in with peace of mind and have the time to focus on making our new place feel like home. We are so thankful for Sparkly Maids and their availability to fit us in so quickly and, of course, for our cleaner!

From the sparkling clean bathrooms to the shiny sanitized kitchen, Sparkly Maid provides excellent cleaning services. Isara did a magnificently fabulous job and went above and beyond in caring for our home. It was not until she was done did I realize that she was part of management!
