Exceeds Expectations—The Best Service I’ve Found

It’s easy to fire off a negative review when something goes wrong, but I am making a dedicated effort to leave this positive one because Chrystal White Pool Service truly earned it.

My standards for pool maintenance are extremely high. I grew up servicing the family pool and, after firing my last service provider for constant overtreatment, I invested in a fully calibrated app-based chemical monitoring system and handled the maintenance myself for over a year—I genuinely geek out on the chemistry.  So for me to hire a company, they must match or exceed my attention to detail in every aspect of the service.

I came across an a add in the Frisco Impact magazine I think.  I read the excellent reviews, and decided to take advantage of the intro offer. I made it a point to meet Christian, the owner, to understand who I would be doing business with.  Rarely do you meet an owner who takes this much pride and possesses such an amazing work ethic. Christian’s attention to detail absolutely exceeded my standards. Since becoming a customer this past summer, my pool has been consistently maintained and if there are adjustments needed he is open to that feedback.  I have transitioned my DIY maintenance to his business without sacrificing quality.

I have also noticed that the business side is evolving, recently incorporating technology.  SMS notifications before and after arrival.  Links to photos of the service completed with measurements, a new payment platform to make paying bills completely frictionless. WIN! Gone are the days of reconciling chemical usage.

We have been using Waterfalls Pool Service for 2 years and are so happy with our pool maintenance. Alex and his team are professional and reliable. We recently needed a new water pump replacement and his technician handled it quickly and efficiently while also upgrading our jacuzzi to fully automated usage. So awesome to control everything from our remote! They have stayed on top of our pool filter cleanings, and always communicate what is needed immediately and what we can hold off on. This is it! If you're researching pool service companies for the first time, looking to make a change from your existing company, and going through reviews to help make a decision then Waterfalls Pool Services is it. They service our pool every week and never miss a beat. Great communication and service. I moved to Frisco 5 years ago from up north and never owned a pool. Waterfalls is the third pool company we've tried. The first pool company did not communicate with us. Each week it was hard to know if they showed up or not. We had no idea what they did. Invoices said they did all this work each week, but we had our doubts. No emails, pictures, or cards on the door. We asked them twice to let us know then they provided a card with notes. However, each week they would note they brushed and vacuumed pool, which after installing a Ring camera we know they did not. We started noticing the walls getting dirty over time and debris sometimes still at the bottom of the pool after they left. The Ring camera would also show they would only be at our house for 10 minutes. How can you skim, clean baskets, pool cleaner bag, brush walls, steps, and vacuum in 10 minutes? The last straw was seeing their tech park halfway on our grass despite the whole driveway being empty. We switched to another company and had a very similar experience. They were better at communicating but still another company saying they did all this work each week and would only be there for about 10 minutes. We had to request them to come back out on 2 occasions. One time for forgetting to clean the baskets and another time for too much debris still at the bottom of the pool. We called and complained, but they acted as if they could care less. It was time for another change. We found Waterfalls Pool Services and have been extremely happy with them. Each week we get emails stating what they did along with pictures showing us. I didn't have to ask. They are proactive, keep us well informed of potential issues and provide options. I can reach out anytime if I have questions and they are quick to respond. I truly feel like they are treating our pool like their own. They have earned our trust and respect. The third time is the charm.
