I've used Waterfalls Pool Service for several years now. Initially this was only for filter cleaning, but after observing the quality of work, I began to request help for more complex issues such as pump and heater repairs. Alex and team also helped with changing the underwater pool light bulb and replacing the caulking between the pool coping and deck. The team is friendly, highly competent, and timely with service delivery. I also appreciate the advice they provide and would highly recommend them for your pool maintenance and repair needs.

TIME and TIME AGAIN we’ve called Alex and he has said “let me run by to check the problem” and he always arrives IN A MATTER OF HOURS or LESS! Not only does he fix the problem, he also educates us on the resolution WITHOUT ANY CHARGE!!!! I switched to waterfall pool service last fall. I’ve been really pleased with the customer service and attention to keep my pool in good order. Their weekly service is very thorough and all the items are given adequate attention. No skipping steps like the last company. Through the cold winter freezes they routinely checked on items and were helpful to answer any questions I had and made a few special visits to take care of any items that came up. They were helpful to prevent any major repairs necessary. I’m glad we switched to Waterfall pool service. Worth the switch for improved service and better cost.

Awesome pool company! We have used other pool services but Waterfalls Pool Services is above reproach. They are punctual and dependable. They send a text before they arrive which allows us time to put our dogs inside. They have helped us with needed repairs in a timely fashion. Our pool is always sparkling and ready to use. Their rates are also very competitive. Stop the search and give them a try!

Alex and his team do amazing work! We needed our pool retiled and Alex took care of it! He sent us tile samples to look at, put a quote together to review easily and got the work done so quickly! The quality of work is outstanding and we're so happy with how it turned out. Alex and team are great to work with and will continue to utilize them for all our pool needs.

Alex did an amazing job cleaning our pool. It was in a rough shape but it looks great now! He responded quickly, showed up on time and handled every issue right away. He explained everything clearly and was very polite. Highly recommend.

Alex always does an amazing job cleaning our pool filter. In addition, he provides good tips on how to best maintain our pool, pipes and filter especially given that we have 5 mature oak trees surrounding our pool that drop catskins every spring. It makes for a very dirty filter, to say the least. Alex is also a great communicator and has such a great disposition about him that the customer service piece further solidifies our loyalty to having him as the only one we feel confident in servicing our pool.
