I hired Pool Scouts to clean my DE pool filter. The service person that came and did the work was very pleasant and started right away. The work was accomplished is a reasonable amount of time, and the filter was put back in service quickly. Pool scouts has been absolutely fantastic! They do an excellent job each week taking care of my pool, leaving it spotless and ready to enjoy. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they respond immediately and resolve it efficiently. Just this week, I had an issue with my pool pump and they found a crack in the cover and fixed it immediately their professionalism and attention to detail our top-notch and I highly recommend.

Bought a home with a pool we knew little history about....I contacted 6 local pool companies and Pool Scouts was the ONLY one that responded promptly and was able to diagnose the problem through the pictures I sent. When they arrived, they confirmed their diagnosis was correct after checking the equipment thoroughly. They didn't try to sell me things I did not need, and explained the repair processes. Their cleaning service was swift, professional and efficient. They took photos of before and after and a detailed diagnosis report of all the work completed. They answered all my calls and texts (I had lots of questions). They are transparent and honest and while the repair we needed was costly (our system was in poor shape) it was a fair price and they worked with us on the details.
I am very happy with the level of expertise and customer service from Kent that we have recieved. I wont trust our pool to anyone else.

Felipe did a great job. We happened to be outside when he came. He explained to our granddaughter everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very conscientious about each step of the process.

I spoke with the owner John and he was very reassuring that he could offer the help that I was in need of. I really enjoy maintaining my property and pool myself, but the mustard algae and pool fleas were out of my control this year.

Pools Scots has been awesome experience. My pool person is very knowledgeable and explains any question I have in detail. The service department has been quick to respond and get my IAqualink system working with my IPhone etc
After many tries with companies that tout their service, I have finally found one that actually performs with excellence

Pool Scouts of McKinney pool inspection during escrow told me everything “ looked great”. No communication when requested. Now we find out weeks after closing that our pool has numerous leaks! Expensive repairs due to unreliable inspection! Beware!

Pool Scouts has been great with their service and pool cleanings. We switched to them two weeks ago after being with Riverbend Sandler for over 10 years!! I would do it again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Sam showed exceptionally kind caring concern when he first consulted with me about our in ground gunite spa and equipment. It was built in mid-80s and lovingly maintained by my husband who can no longer take care of it. The spa had become an overwhelming chore for me. Sam's enthusiastic and positive approach has been a blessing and I am grateful that he accepted us as his client.

Felipe has always provided us with excellent service. He patiently answers any questions we might have and is very attentive. We are very happy with our weekly cleaning service with him.

This is my first experience owning a pool. Carter allowed me to Shadow him and he explained what he was doing and why. He was very sweet and pleasant and patient with me and my questions. Shannon has kept me updated on scheduling and John has been texting me about the pool plumbing. You get the entire team with Pool Scouts.

Every 6 months I'll call Pool Scouts for DE Filter Cleaning. Because they are very professional and do a great cleanup job. Today Matt came out and did an exceptional job while he was training Gavin.
