Randall is fantastic! He did an incredible job cleaning the carpet in our rental before we handed back the keys. He was so flexible that right after he cleaned the carpets (we have three dogs), he headed over to our new place to work on our chocolate brown sofas. Our dogs had been all over it, and there was so much dog hair that I thought about tossing it out. I had tried to clean it myself, but I was losing hope that the hair would ever come off.
