Great experience from getting a quote to the actual window cleaning. Ben was on time, texted me when he was on his way. He wore booties per my request (I do, however, think it is part of the way they do business anyway) and he worked quietly and did an excellent job on my windows. Another plus was that my cat was fine with him and that normally isn’t the case. Thank you!

I contacted Benjamin at Blu Ladder through a friend who had used their services before. I answered a few simple questions, sent some pictures of our custom windows, and Benjamin gave me a quote for cleaning the inside, outside and solar screens for every window. He showed up on time and delivered 100% of what was promised. The windows look great - I am going to have Blu Ladder clean my windows every six months from now on. Job well done!

They were very easy to get a quote and schedule in it was within a week they were able to get out an wash our exterior office windows. It was easy to communicate with them through text when there was a weather delay and the invoice through an email to pay online was perfect for our needs. I recommend them and will be using BluLadder again.

Ben was the best! I showed him some of my concerns on my windows and he went above and beyond. My Windows were spotless even after years of hard water stains. I highly recommend this company and their prices are lower than any other company I could find.

Ben & his work were amazing from start to finish. He came ahead of schedule and made sure every window & screen were thoroughly cleaned and he even helped in cleaning a couple of tall lights inside the house as we were struggling to find a tall ladder…his work ethic’s & helpful nature shine through the shiny windows at the end of the day.

Absolutely amazing! After a ton of research for window cleaning on our brand new, post construction home, we found BluLadder and are so happy we did! Ben, the owner, is nothing short of professional, friendly, polite, extremely positive and an overall great attitude! He came to our newly developed subdivision and home, and had no issues with getting around all of the dust and other vendors being at the home while he was working. He made himself comfortable and found all of the interior and exterior windows without any issues, and pointed out little things as he went. We also learned that he lives nearby within the newly developed community, so we are thrilled to know he’s super close by when we need any touch up work, seasonal cleaning, new year cleaning, etc.

Ben did a great job cleaning my windows. They were apparently much dirtier than I thought. He really had to scrub some of them but they look great now. I thought the price seemed high at first, but it turned out to be similar to other companies. I’m glad I got this done.

Ben with BluLadder came by and pressure washed our stone house, cleaned all interior and exterior windows and our two large chandeliers. Was thoroughly impressed with the overall work. My windows are the cleanest they have ever looked. Ben was friendly, professional and worked hard the entire time. My only complaint would be there were a couple of windows that had small water spots from when screens were replaced and dripped a little after being washed. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend BluLadder.

Ben professionally installed today outdoor Christmas lights on our home which looks totally awesome! His lights and his labor. Worth what I paid which is very reasonable for duration of the holiday season. Highly recommend Ben !
