Absolutely Amazing, Worth every penny.
I had some foundation work done and I needed the carpet installed.
Called on a Saturday morning and the actual Owner answered the phone and gave me a full rundown and a quote on his Day off.
He definitely delivered as promised. I recommend this guys, they know what they’re doing.

I called to get answers to my questions before scheduling an appointment. I had left a voicemail and the owner called me back promptly…..within minutes. He took his time answering my questions and was clear with pricing.
The carpet cleaning crew arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, thorough, and managed time well. Payment was easy and price was exactly as promised.
They were very thoughtful and considerate. My husband had recently wrapped our outside water hydrants. Instead of asking him to unwrap the one they were going to use and wrap it back up when they finished the job, they did it themselves. They even wrapped it back up better than it was before!!!
I’ll use them for my carpet cleaning again in the future!!!!

I highly recommend you use Lindblom's Carpet Cleaning services! From my first phone call to them I spoke with the owner Mark and he was very informative and detailed with how the service works and totally sold me with great customer service. I called the day before and they were at my house the next day. When Michael and Joel arrived at my house they were very friendly and nice to my pets! They inspected the 2 rooms and explained what needed to be done. They don’t move furniture (I had a really heavy bookshelf) but their equipment is designed to make sure the carpets are getting cleaned in those hard to reach spots and corners. Every inch was cleaned and the focus areas was given the correct amount of attention to insure the stains were gone and smelled nice. After they finished, the carpet became fluffy again! These guys are truly nice humans beings and have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cleaning carpets. I will definitely be using them going forward and will recommend to my friends and family.

We used BAM last year, and they did a good job, so we called again this year. We use them for window cleaning. This year; however, most especially given the climate we are in with COVID-19, there were no masks or gloves worn inside our home. I was hesitant, but allowed them in anyway. Sadly, one of the guys got into a coughing fit, and rather than leave my home, he continued to stay indoors. I told the lead guy I did not want this guy in my house anymore and he did not come in anymore...common sense should have told him to leave the home the moment he felt a tickle coming on...it is probably just allergies, but none the less...he should have left our home promptly. There was no after inspection, and frankly I just wanted them to be gone; I even put down my own blinds to keep them out of the house. There were streaks and smudges, and they would have corrected them because they did last year, but since management didn't seem to care one bit for our concern (my husband called), we will not use BAM again.

UPDATE: My husband was called back by a manager, Dustin. Dustin was profusely upset by our experience and has assured us this was against protocol and the employees involved were reprimanded. He said they are versed on this daily and there was no excuse to not have had masks and gloves on. He explained that dust had set off the coughing fit on his employee, and that very well may have been the case. STILL, he should have promptly left our home, or at the very least, donned a mask. Period. We wouldn't want to dissuade anyone from using BAM, this is just our personal choice due to the situation surrounding our service.

They always do such a great job and they are super friendly and very professional! Very competitive rates as well! We are real estate agents and we always recommend them to our clients who will be listing their homes with us! Great partner!

This is a great company! They did an awesome job on my gutters, windows, and power washed my driveway until it looked almost new again! 5-star service all the way!

2.5 stars really. BAM was good, not great and at the end of the day I was disappointed. The customer service and quote/booking process in the beginning was excellent. The service performance was not wonderful. We used them to pressure wash our porch with a Trex deck. They left a fair amount of visible dirt on the walls, which was the main reason we called them in the first place. They also damaged the paint on our wood house and left some of it hanging and the rest in a mess on the ground. Most of the job was done ok so we didn’t dispute but I would not use them again.

Have used this company for window cleaning and Christmas light hanging over the years.

BAM emailed us to arrange for our Christmas lights over a month ago. We arranged for the 2nd weekend in November. No show, no call. After a call to them and being led on, they finally showed up on 11/23. All of a sudden, we’re told that they won’t hang the lights they have hung in years past because they are incandescent. We needed to upgrade to LED and it was going to cost us $750. They were sent away.

We dealt with Heather who has a nasty, unprofessional attitude.

Many other companies to choose from, stay away from this one.

The BAM crew has an awesome crew to work with. They were very professional, on-time and provided great services. We will definitely hire BAM again in the future.

We found BAM Window Cleaning on the BBB Directory and chose him because he had zero complaints. The owner Matthew Peery and his crew did a great job. Clean cut guys and affordable. Our Windows were filthy due to recently building a swimming pool. They took off each screen, hand cleaned them, and put them back. I will be hiring Matthew and his crew to be putting on my Christmas Lights this November as well!

Bam has been to our house in McKinney Several times to clean our windows as well has done our Christmas Lights for the last 2 years. Matthew the owner even went above and beyond to help us fix our gutters. We found him on the Better Business Bureau due to his A+ record and zero complaints!

This company really is as good as the reviews say. I initially called for a quote - they answered the phone right away, lady was pleasant, and knowledgable. Their quote beat the other company I called, and they could come out the very next day, so I went with them. SO GLAD I DID. Their work was amazing (who knew our windows were so dirty?!). Crew was polite and efficient. Even better - I mentioned to them a week later that I felt like a couple windows needed some extra love and she sent a crew out that same day. Turns out we have a few bad seals on our windows, the crew did their job perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAM WINDOW CLEANING!
