I finally found a carpet cleaner who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I’m used to paying close to $300 for just a couple of rooms. Richard even went above and beyond for the same price to take out stains from other bedrooms. I will use him again for sure and highly recommend him!

Just had them out this morning to clean all my carpeted areas. Had a few areas that needed some special attention and there was NO UPCHARGE like I've had in the past. Super friendly and professional not to mention booking online and getting a GREAT PRICE on top of it all. Highly recommend them. Will be using them again.

Great service by Shawn, owner. Cleaned carpet in prep for home sale, and followed up with spot cleaning for move out. On time and as promised, what more can you ask for? Already recommended to friends in NTX.

These guys came by on short notice, did an EXCEPTIONAL job getting out stains that were in the rent house before we moved in addition to the new ones my two kids added. The carpet was our only holdup getting our $1800 deposit back (which we now have), good investment in my opinion!!!

AMAZING! Moving to Dallas from Chicago with a toddler to a home with pet urinated carpets, we knew we had to get our carpets cleaned asap! I called around for quotes and was priced $300-$500 for our entire 2nd floor. Some companies wanted to charge pet stain treatment PER ROOM! I found Genesis and was intitially a little skeptical of buying and scheduling a carpet cleaning service online without speaking to anyone. Well, we gave it a go. Paid under $250 for our whole upstairs for clean, sanitize and pet stain. The guys showed up early, with smiles and a readiness to work. After seeing our bonus room was filled with boxes, and it didn't make sense to clean at the time....the guys were completely willing to exchange our bonus room for dining/living room combo for an even swap. No upsell, and they even did extra than what I had purchased (including removing a urine stain that they didn't think would come out...THEY DID IT). Not to mention, they also gave me many home referrals such as contractor and handy man. In the end, my white carpet couldn't be cleaner, my house couldn't smell nicer and my carpets were dry that evening. Can't wait to use these guys again.

UPDATE.... I just had these guys come back for grout cleaning. AHHHH-MAZING! Just take a look at my before and after. I didn’t realize how much works goes into the grout cleaning. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience ever!!!! Not only did he get out more dirt and stains than the guys I have been using for the past two years but he is HONEST. The whole house had been looking for my missing 2ct diamond ring for the last six months. Richard from Genesis found it when cleaning out his machine and then the next morning on the 4th of July drove the ring to me. I was so greatful. They are courteous and honest. Also in the past I have been asked by other companies to have my floors vacuumed prior to their arrival. They showed up with a vacuum and took care of that for me as well. Loved the service and will be calling them back each time.

I had the carpets and a sofa sectional cleaned. Shawn did a great job! He was very professional and took extra time to make sure the results were perfect. I would definitely use them again!

Fabulous! We set up our appt online for 12 noon. They showed up at exactly 12 noon. They do detailed work and are very friendly. I will never use another carpet cleaning service again. Apparently we have never had our carpets truly cleaned because they it has never looked this good. Our carpet looks new again. Genesis rocks!!!

I have used Genesis for many years and they have always done an excellent job! Recently I purchased a light beige upholstered couch and my daughter spilled and entire bowl of tomato sauce on it. I had it less than 2 weeks! Richard was able to get it all out and it looks brand new again! Thanks Richard!

I was a little nervous about booking "sight unseen" on the web, but Genesis really knows their stuff. We have four big dogs and had the living room, dining room and family room cleaned ahead of Thanksgiving. The carpets look fantastic. We also had them clean and deodorize the sectional and they got most of the smell out!

Genesis just left our home and all I can say is that they are by far the best carpet cleaning company in the metroplex. They are friendly, always on time, neat and very very fairly priced. We have used them on numerous occasions and they always impress. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly Impressed!!! The service was on time as promised and completed quickly and thoroughly. I have my carpets and tiled cleaned quarterly and have always used the "National Guys"! However, I will be calling Genesis from now on! Richard was courteous as well as complete with his explanation of the job and the details of the service he would provide. Honestly, my carpets have never looked so good and the price...a huge savings over the "National Guys"! I literally will save hundreds off of my 2017 budget thanks to Genesis.

I have one word "Outstanding"! Tanner took his time and addressed my needs and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I called him last minute and he had no problem squeezing me in. He also showed up 15 minutes early. I was always told by my father, " Your on time if your 15 minutes early". Great job guys!

I will only be using Genesis from now on. You can't beat his prices. I got my 3 piece sectional couch, a 15x15 area rug, and two other area rugs cleaned for about $190.

Dale the owner did an amazing job on cleaning our bedroom carpets and the stairs of our home we were moving out of. He was on time , organized, friendly and truly cares about his customers and handling there specific needs. We had a small spot reappear after a few days of the carpet drying and when I contacted him he went over the same day and took care of it. It is not uncommon after a deep clean for this to happen because it basically had pulled an old pet stain to the service so it was treated right away and looks great . He had explained in advance that this was a possibility and if it happened just to give him a call. I plan to hire him again to help keep our new home maintained as needed. He’s truly a great man!

Genesis Carpet Cleaning was great! I had a time crunch and had called 2 other companies with no call backs. Called Richard and left a message and he responded within an hour and was able to come out the next day to get the carpets in my 2 bedrooms cleaned. They were prompt and called ahead to let me know they were coming. They did a great job, pricing very reasonable, very curtious and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and I will be using them again.
