I used the services of Genesis several times and I dearly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a carpet cleaning company that does an excellent job all the time! They were punctual, very friendly, and they work fast. My carpets were rejuvenated, they could even remove stubborn stains and the carpets looked like new when they left, and they were dry in less than 2 hours.

I have a white 4 piece sectional and they spent about an hour on each piece. The amount of time and attention that was given to each portion of my couch was phenomenal. Not all of the stains came out of my couch but it looks way better than before. Highly recommend!

On 7/9, I requested a cleaning for my sectional and they were very responsive getting me a quote and setting up an appointment for 7/11 at 11AM. The morning of the appointment, I did not hear from them (especially since they didn’t ask for my address, just what area I was located in) so I reached out at 10:17AM to confirm and received no response. I’m very disappointed because I had high hopes after seeing the highly rated reviews and pictures and then didn’t have the same experience. Hope no one else goes through the same thing I did.
