I'm really glad my husband and I had Cleanigy come clean our couch, 2 chairs, and the rug in our family room.

Yuri responded very quickly after I called to inquire about Cleanigy's services and pricing. We corresponded through texts and after I sent him pics of the chairs, couch, and rug, he promptly returned with the estimated pricing.

Texts were returned quickly and Juri arrived right on time (actually, I think he arrived 7 minutes early but courteously waited until the pre-arranged time before ringing the doorbell). He's extremely respectful and professional and I appreciated him wearing shoe covers in our (no-shoes-indoors) home.

As for the actual cleaning, Juri did a great job cleaning our couch, 2 chairs, and rug. It would be unrealistic to expect a look of brand new items (after 20+ years of use for the furniture and 5+ years of the rug w/ kids) but he did the best he could and I'm very satisfied with the results.

We had Yuri clean a large sectional that had been given to us primarily to give it a refresh and remove any previous pet smells. By the time he was finished, the couch looked brand new and there weren’t any traces of odor or pet smells anywhere!
