House Cleaning reviews in McKinney, Texas

Hired this company to clean my home before putting it on the market, but all I received was poor customer service and a half-done job. I purchased their largest cleaning package which is approx $350.00. When the cleaning team arrived, they were friendly but didn't do half of the job. All of my baseboards were supposed to be cleaned- they weren't, some were still caked in dust. (I know dust can settle after cleaning, but this was a lot of dust and very apparent it wasn't touched. The doors were supposed to be wiped down and ALL of my doors still had dust or marks on them that I had to clean and remove myself. The top of the fridge was not dusted whatsoever. Only two out of my 4 fans were wiped down. The kitchen counter was not wiped down, I cleaned it myself the next day and my cloth was dirty. Shouldn't be that way if it was just "cleaned" less than 24 hours before. Lastly, my oven is blue on the inside, not black like most. I was told by the cleaners that they were not able to clean it or apply much force because they could scrape the "blue". Nothing about this was written in the disclaimer on their website or list of services for the package I purchased.
I also wanted my stand shower cleaned again because there was still very apparent soap scum on the glass and the shower pan was still visibly dirty.

They sent one girl back to address all of the items on my list but they only scheduled her for an hour so "she didn't have time to do everything" because she was booked to be somewhere else.

I called the owner, Jonathan and left him a message- he called me back and I missed his call. But he left me a message stating that "somethings are what they are". I called him back and he never called me back- but instead charged my card the full amount and I never heard from him again.
I have photos and videos I was happy to share, sad that he couldn't have that conversation.

The cleaning crew told me the day that services were rendered that I would receive a bill in the mail, but Jonathan took it upon himself just to charge my card the full amount.... shady.
I am disputing the full charge for the poor service and lack of adequate customer service.

Given the reviews I was hoping this would be a seamless transaction with a good company, I was sadly mistaken.

We’ve been with CF since 2016, I think. Over the time, we’ve had several cleaners assigned to us. Some better than others, but CF always listens when we have an issue or need to change up our service.

Alexis has been our cleaner for a couple years now. We moved last year and were happy to find out we were still in Alexis’ area. She has been amazing and all of our animals love her. I work from home, she is always considerate if I am on the phone. Always asks if I need her to do anything extra or differently and checks with me if I forget to lay out new sheets.

I was very disappointed in the quality of service I received. The tech started in the master bathroom and spent an hour cleaning in there before I left the house. You would think after an hour the toilet and mirror would be clean…but they weren’t. It took 3.5 hours to clean the master bathroom, powder bathroom, and floors. I find 3.5 hours to be more than enough time to clean those areas and leave them sparkling. That wasn’t the case for this job.

Taylor and Vicente did an excellent job! I wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first time hiring a cleaning company. My expectations were exceeded! I’m very happy with the way the whole house looks. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Force to my friends and family.

She is courteous, punctual, and efficient, and always makes our home Sparkle. She ensures her cleanings are top-notch before she leaves. I wish I could give her more stars.

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review before now. This is an excellent cleaning service! Their communication is clear and consistent, and the work they do is top notch. When life happens and we need to reschedule, they’re always kind and accommodating. Make sure you request Sally!! But of course you can’t go wrong with any of their excellent techs. They help us free up a lot of time and effort around the house, and we’re so grateful.

They did the most outstanding job I’ve ever seen! This move out was very sentimental to me. They comforted me and made me feel at ease leaving a very beautiful space. It found things that I missed when I was moving out and made me aware. They also took out my trash when I told him that I could do that for them, they went above and beyond!!

Great experience. Love the clean house feeling - they were great and so considerate of my working from home. I appreciated it. Highly recommend!

Didn’t take out garbage after asked when booking.I was pleased with bathrooms mainly because I hate doing them myself. But looking closer, that area under the rim of the bowl with the stains, was dirty. I know picky, picky. I will use a scrub daddy.
All in all, I would never pay full price for this service. Even with discount, not worth the price. Would I recommend, sorry but no.
(FYI This is the first cleaning service I have tried in The McKinney area)

Reba and Hannah did an outstanding job on my deep clean. The house was literally sparkling when they were finished! I've never seen the house so clean. They took their time and really made sure nothing was overlooked.

Crystal is a wonderful. The house always looks so nice and smells so good when she’s done. She’s so friendly it’s like having someone you’ve known cleaning your home.

It took 3 humans 4 hours to deep clean this house. It’s sparkling clean today and I’m a very grateful client. This was my way of getting out of overwhelm mode myself and back to creating! Weaving, sewing, and 2 large dogs equals a lot of dust and dirt haha.

The Cleaning Force staff did an excellent job! Jeveonna, JC, and Jordan were wonderful. (Go Team J!) Clean from baseboards to ceiling fans, and JC even performed a miracle with the stovetop that everyone else said was impossible to clean!

This company did an amazing job from start to finish. They paid attention to detail and went above and beyond. I’m excited to be able to move into a fully clean and sanitized home now. I was recommend this company by a friend. And now I feel confident to recommend them to others.

We just bought our first house, and had a move in cleaning. Reba and Lyndsie were awesome! It was not ideal for them as there was no electricity, but they were very respectful and understanding the entire time of our situation and did an amazing job with what they could do!
