Have been working with this company for about a year now over 2 homes. They are awesome! They did the initial deep clean on our new house and did an excellent job! Left no stone unturned. They are also super organized with their scheduling service which is managed via text. Would recommend them to anyone!

I used this company for the initial deep cleaning and that was decent. The first basic cleaning after that was rushed and they missed things that should not have been missed like dusting the headboard, cleaning my bathroom vanity thoroughly leaving water spots on the faucet, wiping the top of the commode, and this is just a list of a FEW things not done. What management said was maybe they “are not a good fit for what I need”. They missed doing the basics of cleaning! What should have been said was “we are sorry, we will send you 2 new cleaners complimentary.” Poor management and staff. They also should have at least one staff member who speaks English.

We absolutely love the cleaning crew. They did a wonderful job, we appreciate how thorough and thoughtful they are.

Graceful Maids was wonderful! We had another company clean and they didn’t do a good job. I contacted GM last minute and they came the next morning and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

I have used this service for house cleanings twice a month for a good while….ill tell you what this service is a life saver. It’s affordable and they do a spectacular job! There’s nothing like coming home to a beautifully clean house. They go above and beyond every time. And they have a wash and fold service as well, that will deliver to your door. 🤯

Graceful Maids is one of the best cleaning services we have used. They were dependable and did an overall good cleaning. The ladies were very trustworthy and friendly.

We have used graceful maids twice for deep cleans in our 4 bed 3 bath house. Cleaning services are a few hours and not disruptive at all. We’ve been home and we’ve been out of the house and both times were great. I like the little surprise touches of making beds, folding blankets and little things like that to add to the experience. Communication is easy with upfront quotes for their service, scheduling is easy, and payment process is easy. Thank you!

I’ve waited a long time to look for a cleaning service because of the horror stories I’ve heard from other friends who also hired professional cleaning help.

After much hesitation, I saw a Graceful Maids car in front of one of my neighbors house. And I’ve seen them a couple of times, so I thought to myself they must be pretty good. And when I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my first service, all I can tell you is - WOWWW!!! 🤩. My initial cleaning was just supposed to be for the deep cleaning alone, but they did such an incredible job. I had to have them back and on regular schedule. These ladies are a hard-working, kind, and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Graceful Maids did an amazing job cleaning our house, were really affordable, and got us in very quickly. We needed a one time deep clean before we welcomed a new baby and they were fantastic. My husband is usually disappointed by cleaning services and feels like the attention to detail isn’t there when it comes to dusting but he was really impressed and happy! I’d absolutely recommend and will use them again!

Beware if you are using the move-out service. 1 star for the ease of booking online, or the review would be 0 stars. I wanted to support a local business, but should've gone with a big corporate provider I guess? I paid for add-ons as part of a move-out service that I did not receive. When I checked the home days later as part of my walk-through with the landlord, I discovered things uncleaned and not done entirely.

It took many days to finally get an itemized invoice after multiple requests. When I asked for one, the response was, "what did you buy?" I think as the business you should know what I bought. Perhaps this is why the maid who cleaned the home didn't do everything that I paid for - even she didn't know what was on the to-do list.

When I emailed pictures and asked for a modest refund (less than 20%) to supplement what was partially done and what wasn't done at all, I was told there is a 24 hour window per their agreement to raise issues so they can re-clean. Since my service was move-out, the home was vacant, and I didn't return until the landlord met me with keys. I already cleaned what was missed.

I ended up cleaning more things on my own and am filing a dispute with my credit card. I was offered a $15 refund, or 10% after waiting for over a week to get things settled. For upwards of $450, I would expect better customer service.

Updated edit: Second time having them out and this is what we got. Mind you some of this soap scum was left behind the first time but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not pictured is the kitchen counters and floors. They both were as she explained only wiped down. It was very clear no product was used to scrub areas clean. The first time our house smelt like cleaning product. This time we didn’t notice a smell at all. The owner did not respond to my texts until late next day when I asked why there was no response. Her excuse was that it was after hours. It was 6pm and I have several texts from said person after 6pm prior to that. The quality of service was not as promised and the unprofessionalism I encountered to try and have the issue resolved is what has caused the edit of my review. I do not recommend this company at all. Over priced compared to others and way less quality of service. Also would like to point out the raving review I gave after the first time was after the owner asking me several times to please leave a review.
