Randy is as good as it gets when it comes to finding a honest and affordable plumber. I had a very small hot water leak under my home, I had 2 other companies out but no one could locate it, I was very worried how I am going to get this fixed then I gave Randy at Honeydo Plumbing a call, Randy located the leak in just 30 minutes!! Makes these other companies look silly, Honeydo is the best plumbing company around.

Hot water out on a Saturday. Was going to wait until Monday to contact previous plumber, but gave HoneyDo a ring and they scheduled me for Sunday, which was perfect. Even better, they showed up at 8pm on their Saturday and got the hot water flowing. Kami and Randy are awesome! HoneyDo will be our go-to plumber from now on and we recommend you try them too!

Randy came out to our house near 10pm to look into a sewer line issue. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and explained things. We were so appreciative that he arrived so quickly and stayed with us while the city's emergency crew came out. We will be calling Randy in the future with all of our plumbing needs.

These guys were excellent. We had a pipe break during a big freeze and snowstorm. I called several people and HoneyDo were by far the most prompt. They were able to come out the same morning, got the repairs done, which included digging under the foundation in subfreezing temperatures, and then supported me in a dispute with insurance. Couldn't be happier.

Connor was polite and very punctual in getting back to me. He came quickly to check on a plumbing issue caused by an irresponsible contractor. He made sure all repairs were done well. I will use this company again if I have any further plumbing issues (and have recommended them to my neighbors).

The week of Thanksgiving we panicked when a leak in our master bathroom opened up and full on poured through the ceiling. My wife read the high ratings that HoneyDo had online and called at about 10:30 pm, Randy showed up about a half hour later!! That's professional dedication everyone and I'm writing this not only because Randy came at a moments notice but also stopped the leak and came first thing the next morning to fix the leak. If you live in the McKinney area, HoneyDo is more than qualified when your plumbing has a problem.

I had a great experience overall and highly recommend HoneyDo for all your plumbing needed. I had a water heater break down and cause water damage. I started by calling big companies at the top of the google list. I had an appointment but after waiting all day the serviceman was an hour past the noon to 6pm window and the dispatcher stopped taking calls. I called HoneyDo and had an appointment within the hour with three updates letting me know arrival time. Randy was able to beat the prices of the bigger company and gave me a free drain of the water heater. He was back the next day to haul out old heater and install new one. Very professional, experienced, great responsiveness and communication, and you can tell that he cares about his customers as well as his business.

Follow up: used them again when second water heater broke and he again delivered great, quick service at a good price. Highly recommend

Another follow up: I was away for work this winter and we had a small problem with our water heater during the very cold weather. My wife texted Randy, he responded promptly, and he was able to tell her what button to push and hot water was instantly restored. It was a great peace of mind to know we have follow up advice, and I am very grateful for the professional follow up when we had a problem. I continue to highly recommend this business.
