Baker Brothers did an amazing job at my home. From the moment I contacted their customer service team on a Sunday to having plumbers and HVAC technicians out by Monday, the entire experience was seamless. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been using Baker Brothers for years. Trust is a must when you are working with any services based company. You are in their hands to be honest and fix what's broken and not fabricate additional things to inflate the bill. I never have to worry about that with Baker Brothers. I had the HVAC inspected from top to bottom after purchasing a new home to ensure the system was in tip top shape. The tech was very knowledgeable and asked me several times if I had any other questions after answering many for me already. The system received a clean bill of health with no high pressure upsell tactics and the bill was more than fair. THAT is what keeps me calling on Baker Brothers. Their online site makes it super easy to book an appointment and I was able to get next day. The communication from them on when the tech would arrive the day of the appointment made it very convenient to know when to be home and the tech was on time. I wouldn't take the time to write this review if I didn't believe in them 100%.
