Appointment was for water heater flush and to check heating elements. Guy didnt even bring a flush hose. Then told me he didnt know how to check elements and didnt have a meter.

Colton replaced 2 tankless water heaters and Flow-Tech anti-scale device in January. He wasn't satisfied with the readings on the Flow-Tech and asked that we contact him once we had installed our washing machine to see if he needed to change the set-up. We contacted him one the washing machine was hooked-up. He came back out and checked everything out and said everything was fine and didn't charge for the second trip. Thanks!

I'm a return customer of Baker Brothers Plumbing, and I don't think I'll go anywhere else for any plumbing or electrical needs.

Today, Francisco came out to inspect my garbage disposal that a tech from another company dropped a solid brass fitting into. He did a thorough inspection and determined that the disposal was still in good working order. The normal fee to come out is $59. But Francisco waived the fee since their payment system was acting up.

Francisco was kind, courteous, and professional. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Do yourself a favor and call Baker Brothers first when you work done in your home. You won't regret it!

Last year we had Baker Brothers replaced our water heater in our 21-year-old home today. It was a simple faucet leak in our bathroom. They work is clean and efficient. The repair people are pleasant and knowledgeable and I really can’t think of why I would look anywhere else.
