Aaron came out late the afternoon before our appointment to see what parts he may need to complete a faucet repair on the tub. Had to drive to a specialty shop the next morning and was back before Noon. Everything done with excellence! Definitely recommend!

I could hear, what sounded like, water pouring into our walls but I couldn't find where the leak was coming from. I called Top Flow in a panic, and Aaron came right away from McKinney. He immediately put me at ease and helped me find a large break in the city's line hidden across the street that was causing the sound in the house. Damiun even showed up to help right when we found the cause. Both guys were professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call Top Flow again for any plumbing issue. They were fast, took my "emergency" seriously and they were ready to help me get it fixed. These guys are amazing, call them.
