Kenneth came in on an emergency call to a flooded kitchen in a fully packed restaurant and worked tirelessly for hours until the job was done. As an owner of an establishment was very impressed and thankful! Way to be there to help!!!

Dennis was easy to work with and quick with a fix. Roto-Rooter is a very dependable company.

Very bad ethics. The person visited has no clue but still charged 200. He is seeing the Dishwasher water not being drained for first time and did longer look multiple times, walking to his van few times and nothing is fixed, just charged 200. I would recommend not to take any service from these guys and the technician and the customer services guys are not ethical.

Bad experience. Overcharged us to make problem worse. Did not attempt to fix their their mistakes, so we hired another plumber who is less expensive and they guarantee their work.

First tech that showed up help snake the line cost was high, but had a 100 off coupon. Next tech showed up to assist the other one hit me with a 5k quote to replace 10 ft of drainage line from the house to the septic tank. 5k? Is roto even licensed to work on septic? Bye

My tech Dennis was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. Clean and thorough and when we needed additional cameraman to come look better at my pipes, he called and waited until the second tech arrived.

Dennis was very thorough and friendly. He was diligent in removing a very stubborn clog in our guest bath toilet. He even advised us about a problem with the internal water flow and said our toilet(s) were under warranty. He provided some “how to” information.

Getting drain cleared was fast and easy. The only negative was the $500 charge, that I felt was a little excessive since the technician was only at my house less than 30 minutes. He was very nice and pleasant.

Keneth was very professional and friendly. He also very clearly knows his stuff well enough to communicate it to someone who had no idea about how drainage works and make me understand the route of the problem. Highly recommend Kennth and the rest of his team!
