Starnes Plumbing is the best of the best plumbing companies. I have used them for almost 8 years and have no plans or desires to use any other company. They fixed the toilets in both bathrooms. Starnes Plumbing is my go-to for for the past 15 years for anything from a pipe leak in the yard, replacing a hose bib outside, a broken T-valve behind the fridge, and burst pipes after that serious freeze in 2021. It's a family owned business and never tries to upsell or take a shortcut. Brett, Brent, and Brian are professional and friendly, but most importantly they know exactly what they are doing and keep the homeowner's costs in mind. Five stars all the way.

Brian and Cecil were awesome. I called for a water heater issue at 11:30, they were at my house by 12 and done by 12:15. They were super cool and nice to my cats! Would definitely recommend.

Called them to help with a bathtub issue. They arrived on time, reviewed the situation, and let me know it was outside their scope of work (needed a handyman) instead of quoting a ridiculous amount—something I really appreciated. Since I had other plumbing work to be done, they gave me a fair price, completed the work with a smile, and finished on time. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing or sprinkler work I need.

Exceptional Plumbing Service – Highly Recommended!

Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler recently came out to install a kitchen faucet and to fix our tankless water heater that wasn't heating water and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding!
They installed the faucet and fixed the issue of the water not getting hot and completed routine maintenance that hadn't been done in a couple of years. Also, while working on the tankless hot water heater Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler noticed that the exhaust vent out through the roof wasn't replaced with the appropriate material during the initial installation performed by another company. After finding that out, we asked Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler to do a full inspection of the tankless hot water heater. They found a couple of other issues with the original install and they were able to fix them during the appointment.
Now we have a new kitchen faucet, the water is nice and hot and we have peace of mind knowing that our tankless hot water heater is installed correctly. I am beyond impressed with the level of service we received!

The scheduling process with Starnes Plumbing & Sprinkler was smooth and convenient. They were prompt in setting up an appointment. They messaged me when they were headed our way and when they arrived they were extremely professional and courteous.

DO NOT trust this place. Some punk of the company nearly into me then had the audacity to give me the middle finger. It's his fault he couldn't read a basic road sign but I get the middle finger?

I called up the company phone number to inform them of the unprofessional manner of thier driver and was told they would take care of it. (ha)

Just a little further down the road we get side by side and he tells me he's the "Boss". I refuse to belive someone so unprofessional would conduct themselves in this manner when they are representing their own company.

If it is, then they truly are not deserving of any business. Keep a close eye on they work they do for you. Or better yet, find someone better. That shouldn't be too hard to do.

Excellent service. Very helpful and great guidance on maintenance moving forward. Was not trying to find ways to charge as other plumbers have done, but rather focused on fixing the problem and sharing knowledge to prevent future problems. I highly recommend.

We had Starnes Plumbing come out to fix a few water pipes that rodents had damage. They made us a priority, were on time, had great communication, found the issues quickly, were reasonably priced, and did the repairs perfectly. I would definitely refer Starnes to anyone needing a plumber.

Had a great experience with Starnes plumbing! It's a family business and that makes for a great experience. Brett came out promptly and found the leak inside our bathroom wall quickly. He was able to repair it from the garage side, which saved us from having to cut into our bathroom wall! He had all the fittings required to make the repair and made short work of it. Brett was super personable and answered all my questions. He also took time to perform a pressure test to make sure no other leaks were present. I highly recommend Brett and his brothers for all your plumbing needs. Their dad taught them well!

We are having issues with apparently a few leaks in our upstairs bathroom. Starnes has been amazing! They have come out almost daily! (Haha) I called one day asking them to come asap as we found another place that was leaking. They showed an hour later! They are kind! They remembered my kids and dogs when they came from not being for a while! They are courteous and respectful. We knew they would have to go in the wall and they still asked for permission! I could not be happier with a plumbing service! I don’t like these kinds of problems because they can become HUGE problems. Starnes 100% has helped our situation not become huge!

We had a “hidden” septic tank with faulty pipe work and Starnes crew excavated and replaced pipes, suggested septic companies and the communication with the entire team was timely and professional!!! Highly recommend!
