We love Starnes! The guys are awesome and they like our dogs! They always get here ASAP and they do great work. Only plumbers we call because we know they do it right!

Came out to fix my sprinklers. Threw a few parts at it and still nothing. Didnt sound confident in their ability to fix the problem or if they were even able to come back to continue working on it. I understand the charge for coming out, but apparently they think its okay to charge for labor on something they couldn't fix and clearly did not know how to fix. In 2 days, someone else came out and had my sprinklers running within an hour.

Not very professional, and not someone I would recommend using.

These guys are great, I am arepeat customer with different repairs. That is what happens when you have an older home.
I recommend anyone needing a plumber.

This is our 3rd or 4th time using Starnes Plumbing. We keep coming back because they are Responsive, Professional, Friendly, and Reasonable with their pricing. They know their stuff and they are good to work with.

All of the above! On time as scheduled, fixed the problem immediately and checked all other stations, some needing adjustment. Replaced a few sprinkler heads to be more efficient! I’ve used Starnes before and that’s why I called them this time. Brent and Brian excellent! Thank you!!

Very professional. This is our second time using Starnes. Both experiences were great. They show up on time. They repaired a leaky hot water valve and installed a cold water line extension for our new pot filler faucet.

Such great quality service at a fair price. Contacted their services after contacting a different plumber who tried to scam us- quoted us $1200! Starnes quoted WAY less than that. They finished all in one day and our showers work even better than before. Thank y’all so much!

Water heater quit working yesterday. Tried to relight pilot but it wouldn’t light. Called Starnes Plumbing and Rebecca was able to change the schedule enough to squeeze us in right away. They replaced the gas control valve and verified that it worked properly. Done in about 30 minutes. They have come through for us so many times, I will always call them first.

This company is the best! They replaced a leaking outdoor faucet.

Had Starnes out yesterday. We have been using them for years. Excellent as always. Rebecca is always helpful and friendly on the phone and the guys are pleasant and professional when they get here to do the work.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I had a disaster... Moving here from out of state not knowing who to trust... I had a geyser coming out of my flower bed. I called a big name first in a slight panic for whomever could come first. Starnes beat the big name to my house though they were alerted to my problem later than the other company.

I was expecting the worse... With everyone saying that It would be in the thousands and to expect the worst... Etc.

Starnes showed up... Got their equipment from the truck and left with a working main drain pipe, new PVC and couplings and filled back in the huge hole that was dug to expose the main water supply... Quickly.... And with a bill nowhere near the thousands...

I no joke double checked with him that we were talking in the hundreds and not thousands when the bill came because I was so surprised by how amazing the work was and how fair the pricing ended up being.

This is hands down the place to call in the McKinney, Plano, Allen , Prosper and neighboring areas.

For clarity... Photos are before Starnes fixed the issue. These are the photos of the broken pipe they fixed and the hole they dug and filled back in, minus all the water.

Starnes helped us with our clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. I called in the morning when our sink started filling up with water and gunk. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She helped get my appointment started and would keep me updated as availability opened up. Brent came by later in the day and unclogged our sink and installed the new disposal. Fast, reliable, and friendly service! Brent is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of the multiple issues with our sink. Now our sink is working beautifully and I’m very happy we went with Starnes! Highly recommend!

Brett and Cecil came out today to redo my old plumbing from the 80’s and install 2 new faucets in my master bathroom that were previously broken. Not only were they on time but they called to say they were ahead of schedule. They did a fantastic job and I’m so happy to have this finally fixed. The price was reasonable and fair and I was able to get on the schedule quickly. The guys were super nice, personable, and professional. The worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves as well. I’ll definitely use this company again!
