Water line leak. Tim did a great job. Very timely and did great work. The price was high, especially considering that the majority of the work was done by a manual laborer, who was there less than 1 1/2 hours. I would use them again, but would ask for a breakdown on on how much is being spent on manual labor versus plumber

This was an outdoor sewer line project. Wyatt was kind, responsive, and professional throughout the process. There was clarity about project details and costs! I got bids for a new tankless water heater and Genzel matched the best one. Wyatt showed up on time and was truly a remarkable professional. He assessed and did the work same day, and was extremely communicative, and just absolutely solid. I will never call another plumber.

I have found my plumbing service provider! Finding a plumber can cause anxiety. I found Genzel plumbing via Google they had great reviews so I took a chance on them. Avery was so kind to listen to my long winded plumbing problem and she assured me she could get a plumber out the same morning. I was able to track the plumber on the way to my home so I could plan when to meet him at home. The plumber, Wyatt, listened to what the issue was and got straight to work. I'm a bit of a nosy Rosey so I lingered as he worked and I learned so much from him about my clean out lines. I mentioned a toilet fix that my husband has had on his honey do list for a while and Wyatt said he could take a look and get that done too if I wanted. After he wrapped up the original issue he took a look at the toilet issue and gave me a break out of the cost for the different repairs. The price was definitely within budget and seemed reasonable. I am one happy customer! Wyatt also informed me of other issues he noticed. I love that he did not give off the pushy sales pitch to get these other much bigger projects scheduled. I feel like he's given me the time to process these larger projects. When I'm ready to have these other projects worked on, I know who I'm calling to get the work done! My experience with Genzel Plumbing was fantastic from the first phone conversation to the last handshake. I almost didn’t think it was real!! The young lady that answered the phone (wish I could remember her name) was so accommodating and cordial. Once we were set with an appointment window, the communication was excellent. I received a text, an email and a phone call once the technician was on his way. I was made aware of who was coming (Wyatt), along with a picture of him and a short bio. He arrived on time and was very professional. We had a simple problem with our spray nozzle that was baffling me. He gave me the information I needed to fix it myself and even helped me to identify the correct part on Amazon!! I was charged a minimal fee for his time, his knowledge and also some good conversation. Having been a teacher, a coach, a high school principal and a district superintendent I pay close attention to the way young people present themselves to others. The Genzel Team better work to hang on to this young man because he’s going to run across lots of folks who are going to want to steal him from you. I don’t do many reviews but this one was worth the time. As I’m typing, I’ve received a follow up email gauging my satisfaction level. Great organization. If you are unfamiliar with this area and don’t already have a good plumbing service in mind, this would be a solid choice.

Wyatt showed up within the window of time provided. He was very nice, professional, and told us exactly what was wrong with our garbage disposal and fixed it. No trying to upsell me on other things I didn't need. He was informative and friendly. Avery, who called to set up the appointment was nice and pleasant to speak with it. Will absolutely use Genzel Plumbing again for future Plumbing needs. Thank you for just being honest and good!

We are fairly new homeowners so we had no idea who to call to fix a water leak. Genzel Plumbing was definitely a good choice! Brody was extremely helpful, he found the problem with our dishwasher quickly and though that isn’t something they work on he referred us to someone who could fix it!

Gary Starnes was very rude and NOT professional at all. He was not cooperative nor patient. His tone and way of presenting himself shows enough for how he handles his clients and the business.

Brent was awesome. He helped clear out a bad clog and did so fast. We’ve used Starnes a couple of times and will continue to do so.

Very nice guys, worked quickly and were so polite when I had to ask them to stop. I have exterior plumbing insurance and unfortunately Starnes is not part of their service. I will call them again when needed. Thanks guys!!
