We started experiencing issues with our shower. It was difficult to turn it on and off. Additionally, the drain was slow and did not improve after use of over the counter drain openers. We also discovered that the shower handle in another bathroom was very loose. Matt from JMP arrived on time, diagnosed the problems, and fixed them all in one visit. Thank you Matt and JMP Plumbing.

I am very happy with JMP Plumbing. The process was super easy from getting the visit scheduled to getting the job done, which they did for a very reasonable price. The technician was courteous and seemed to know exactly what my issue was and how to get it resolved. I will certainly use JMP Plumbing in the future.

JMP was fantastic! I discovered my toilet was leaking last night and they showed up first thing this morning. The tech had everything fixed by 10 AM. Fast, efficient, and truly exceptional customer service. I highly recommend JMP for any plumbing needs!

Very unprofessional company. Do not go with them if you need to fix gas leaks.

My two little kids and I went without heating during a winter storm for 6 full days. First, they supposedly fixed the gas leak, then their fix didn’t pass city inspection. To pass inspection it took them an additional 4 days to fix it up to code.

Once it finally passed inspection, they gave me the wrong instructions to NOT call Atmos myself to turn the gas back on, that their office was going to call Atmos on my behalf so that they can confirm the inspection documents made it through their systems.

Hours continue to pass, then all of the sudden they just left without any notice to me. No Atmos, no heating in the house, and a Winter storm approaching.

If you are looking for a gas leak repair, please look for another company. They don’t know what they are doing.

A pipe burst in our home - between an exterior brick wall and an interior stone fireplace (the original builder must NOT have thought that lay-out through 20+ yrs ago). Water was cascading into our home from under the stone fireplace during the freeze (1/2026). I was struggling to find a plumber (thankfully, I knew how to turn off the water at the street control valve to stem the flooding).
Initially, JMP Plumbing was able to schedule a "next day morning appointment"due to the high demand of problems due to the freeze - but another opening came available and it was rescheduled to a same day afternoon appointment!
Matt (Master Plumber) & Jacob (apprentice) came out and diagnosed the break. - They did their best to minimize the damage to the exterior brick wall while giving themselves space to adequately repair the line. (Thank you, Matt & Jacob!)
The team was prompt, professional, skilled & thoughtful in their approach while taking care of our home.
This process is NOT something I would chose to go through, but I am thankful for the team at JMP Plumbing (from scheduling to diagnosing to repairing our problem).
I would definitely recommend their services and would call on them again for any future plumbing repair needs.

We had a client who needed a full home repipe after being told years ago by another company that it was already completed. When the main sewer line broke during foundation repairs, we found out nearly 40% of the plumbing was still cast iron.

JMP Plumbing stepped in and did an incredible job. They trenched the entire home, replaced everything, and even identified some tricky areas that needed additional work to bring the system fully up to date. They were excellent at communicating those findings and gave our client clear options on how to proceed.

We especially appreciated the transparency! They sent us videos of the work in progress since we couldn’t be onsite. Their pricing was fair, and despite the scope of the project, they finished in record time so our client could close on schedule.

Matt and Zane were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue with our fire pit, and had it fixed in no time. Dylan did a great job! He was courteous, thorough, and honest. I had a hot water heater replaced and a few other repairs. He was transparent about not needing the full scope of work that was quoted once he got into the job. He could have easily said he did the work that was not needed. JMP will be my go to for plumbing repairs for all future needs! Woman owned, honest, reliable.

After experiencing a water main leak, my neighbor referred me to JMP Plumbing who had repaired her line a couple of years prior. Antonio and Angel came to assess the situation, agreed to a course of action, and provided a fair estimate the same day. By the second day, the excavation started and, by the third day, the new line was installed. The inspection passed on the fourth day, and I’m now just awaiting the trench to be refilled.

Matt did a great job with our plumbing work! He quickly figured out the issue and replaced the defective faucet without any hassle. I really liked how he explained what went wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
He even did a complimentary water pressure test, which was a nice touch. Super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to; it’s clear he knows his stuff.
