Mr Colby Williams was very knowledgeable with the 👍 work that he did he knows and does a very good job and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work he's really friendly and honest and will answer any questions that you ask him and if he doesn't know he will contact one the good Benjamin Franklin plumbing company workers that can answer your questions and i will be using them again for any plumbing work i need done and thank you guys for the good team work.

Arthur was very knowledgeable and professional. He asked me to identify and fix an issue I was facing as well as providing wise input on replacing our hot water heaters. I will definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin and continue to use them myself.

Art Childress addressed a list of issues we needed to resolve in reference to an inspection report for the sale of our home. He covered about seven issues for us in a very timely manner. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend him for plumbing repairs.

Ben Masquelier repaired a burst pipe on a day when the roads were still icy. He arrived within an hour of my call. He did a great job! I highly recommend him!

We had Arthur Ferguson from Ben Franklin plumbing discuss options for recirculation pumps including tankless vs traditional heaters, cut off valves, controls to reduce gas usage, etc.

He did a great job with the explanations and provided quotes for all options. We really appreciate Ben Franklin plumbing and Arthur.

Ben replaced a water heater for us and did an amazing job. He installed same day on a holiday weekend. Top of the line quality work and a very honest and genuine guy. Highly Recommend!

Leak Evaluation and Quote
Jason was a great person who came out to look at a leak and evaluate home situation. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He provided great feedback and recommendations as well as personal preferences. He was not pushy or demanding. Jason was very nice and it was a pleasant first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plummer’s. I’d recommend them to friends and family.

Everything was great except for the price. The service line to my house got cut so I called Benjamin Franklin to come out and provide an estimate. They showed up quickly and the plumber was friendly and professional. I was very surprised by the $1,700 estimate, though. The Pex line needed to be patched. It was visible, easily accessible about 2 feet below the surface. The plumber explained it required a couple of special couplings and a crimping tool to patch it properly. The crew who cut my line ended up paying the $79 service fee for him to come out and got another plumber to do the repair. As I stated up front, the only issue I had was the price which seemed very excessive based on the work needed.

Alan Alvarez did a fantastic job for us replacing a hose spigot as it busted out of our wall during this week's freeze. He came to our house quickly and did the replacement in a prompt manner. This was a stressful situation but he was calm and explained everything to us. I will request Alan moving forward!

Mr. Chuck was the best! He’s thorough, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Got the broken tank fixed and as good as new. He was also so patient with my questions 😊
Also, the company was out here on the same day and were very very reasonably priced. The competitor I called earlier wanted to charge me $550.00 for a broken plastic part that needed replacing in the flush tank.

Very over priced! The technician said they cannot add washers to our spigots because their company does not allow that. Nothing was fixed and they charged me 175 dollars to hook up this filter. See pic! I had both hoses he only attached it to that filter. Absolutely ridiculous nothing was fixed.

The technician let me know when he was coming and arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional, answering all my questions. He corrected our problem quickly and offered a free safety inspection of all our water related appliances.

Stay away from this business they came to my home 4 times to fix leaks and when I called them them the 5th time they were gonna charge me a $289 service fee since it was Sunday, but I told them they were at my house and I spent thousands of dollars with you guys so they claim they waive the service fee however they still charge me the $289. Chris would not wave anything and he’d rather have the money than deal with customers after his employee told me that we would waive the service charge.
He’s definitely not customer service and in it for the money only they don’t care about you. They just want your money.Unfortunately, Arthur was a pleasure to work with Michelle was great to work with and Chris needs a lesson in customer service and taking care of their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend this plumbing company! We’ve used them twice and both times they were prompt, professional, and very friendly. This time Devin came and took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this team delivered. I’ll absolutely call them again.

Ben was a great tech. He was very knowledgeable and personable and wasted no time getting to the correct diagnosis for our issue. He quickly solved the problem and left the premises just as he found it. I will request him the next time I use Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Roger was very pleasant and helpful. He was kind enough to identify my issue without charging me any service charge. I will sure recommend him for anyone who is looking to do a plumbing work.

Although we were told through text message that the time window for our service was 8-10 am, tech arrived after 11:00. We called when there was no communication and we were told window was 8-12.?
Regardless, Kelsey, our tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
Our under warranty water heater was replaced (due to leaking tank) and Kelsey was patient/thorough at answering all our questions. He promised to follow through with all documentation about the new warranty.
We also appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing standing by their warranty service and making the catastrophe (a leaking water heater, wood floors and no hot water) as smooth a transition as possible.

Cody Lane at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. On time, professional, and very thorough. I needed two new toilets installed. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Highly recommend and would definitely ask for him again.

Dylan and his partner were awesome! They were very responsive and professional. They were able to fix our leaking sink right away and installed our kitchen faucet at the best price! We’ll definitely be a returning customer, and we’ll recommend them to our friends and family too!
