JMP Plumbing did an outstanding job connecting a gas stove safety shut off valve, water heater, and made sure all the requirements were done, which resulted in passing the city inspection for my investment property. They were efficient and explained exactly what was needed to be compliant. I appreciate their honesty and for going “above & beyond” to ensure the safety of my property. Matt came out today (14 Jan 26) and was great! He identified the issue with the toilet and cleared the way for our tenant to enjoy some good flow! He communicated every step in the process and gave me a couple of options. Once again, JMP Plumbing Services is the “go-to” service that I’ll have on speed dial!

This was our first time using them. They were referred to us. The tech arrived within the time slot they gave us. Dylan was very straight forward with the information and my being a senior citizen, I felt comfortable the way he explained everything. The work was done and problem solved.

Had ab early morning water heater tank fail. I did most the work for removal of the old and install of the new one but one the connecting pipe to the hot water outlet was leaking. That needed tools and skills I don't have so I called Genzel to finish the last mile. They were responsive, professional and persoanble. Wyatt was great! Knocked out the job pretty quick and gave everything the once over before he left. Highly recommend!!

Brody came this morning to estimate repairs on our home cast iron sewer line, and he went the extra mile. His findings and recommendations were the best so far among the 7 plumbing companies that came. His estimate was also very reasonable in terms of price. More importantly, he was able to rule out a "re-route" that many other plumbing companies recommended to save money but it's actually technically not feasible when you do proper measurements about the depth and slope required. Great job Brody, the most thorough and patient work I've seen so far, and this create a "peace of mind" feeling when you have to make a choice on a very large repair.

Called Genzel about a leak and they sent Wyatt right away. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and their pricing was very fair. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Genzel Plumbing Company provided exceptional customer service from my initial call to Avery to make the appointment, to Brody providing information of our options and the purchase we made, and to Brody and Luke’s installation of our new tankless water heater.

Brody and Luke are professional and very polite. Brody informed us on the system and the workmanship was superior. The city inspector commented several times as he inspected the installation and the unit that they did a great job.

I am pleased with the product and the service I received from a company that really cares about their customers and the service they provide.

We will be using Genzel Plumbing Company in the future for any plumbing problems we may have. I highly recommend this company for those who are looking for skilled plumbers, good products and price, and great customer service.

We had a gas leak and CoServ shut off our gas. I called Genzel Plumbing this morning and they came out right away, repaired the leak and called the City to have the work signed off on so I can get the gas turned back on. Forever grateful for the amazing service!! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! I found my plumber for life!👏😁

Parker did a great job. Evidently I had a drain that was really backed up and he had to come back and work on it more which entailed having to do work in the very hot attic. I appreciate him making time to come back on the same day. So far the installations also went well which he installed a garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet.

Great response time, booking communication, and technician arrival updates along with a bio of who the technician was. And the problem was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. This was my first experience with Genzel and they will have all my plumbing business from now on. And locally owned and operated!! I feel great about the service provided!

A+ from start to finish! I spoke with Avery about a leak I had discovered at our home, she was very polite, kind, empathetic and enthusiastic about getting me taken care of. I scheduled for a Friday morning but got a call Thursday saying there was an opening. I was able to come home early for the service technician to look at the issue and was greeted by Wyatt. He looked then explained what the issues could be and started working, I don’t know anything about plumbing so him taking the time to give the whys behind the what’s was very nice. Would highly recommend using them again for any other plumbing needs

I met Brody at a job site and was impressed right away with him so I asked him to come out and do some work at my house. Our fittings beneath our hot water heater were completely rusted due to the pipes leaking. The fittings were also all bent to hell from what looked like soft copper (I could be wrong) installed years back. Brody came out today and replaced all of our bent and rusted connections. Replaced them all with pex, now it is so much easier to flush out our water heater. Thank you Brody, you've made it much easier to clean out our tank and you saved us a lot of time. The price was very well worth it.
