We called Genzel for the first time this morning. They came immediately. The problem turned out to be more complicated than expected and Parker explained to us in detail what the situation was. He got to work and he kept me informed all throughout the process and the decisions he had to make. Besides being informative he was kind and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. We would call them again without hesitation.

We have used Genzel Plumbing on two separate occasions. Both occasions, Genzel responded fast to set up the appointment, our technician Tim Trautmann arrived fast (same day), and fix everything with precision. Excellent job done by Wyatt today. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do to fix/replace our bathroom faucet and old plumbing fixtures and the cost up front. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up the area. Will definitely ask for him again when we need plumbing services!!

Wyatt did a fabulous job determining the condition of our cast iron. Yes, we need a replacement, but it was refreshing to speak with a knowledgeable professional that takes the time to explain and walk you through the process. Very helpful when you have to spend a lot of $$$$ for repairs.

I had a leaky kitchen sink that happened on Sunday evening and I called at 8:01am Monday morning and my call was promptly answered and service was scheduled between 8:30 and 10:30 am. Tim showed up at 8:30 am! He was courteous, professional, friendly and patient in answering my many questions. Did a great job intalling a tankless hotwater heater and then stayed to fix a broken faucet and stopped sink. It was quality parts and service. You won't find anyone as pleasant. Genzel sent two young men in company uniform to our home. We had an issue with a refrigerator faucet for ice water that was broken. They were able to replace the faucet in 20 minutes, and cleaned up the area after. We asked them an addition question about a tub drain, and they gave us great advice and helped us fixed it in minutes. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them for home plumbing needs.
