Pool heater gas line was corroded after 30years and needed to be capped. The two gentlemen who came to our house were on time, personable, knowledgeable, and informative. They didn’t try to up change or price gouge. I love that this company is run by a woman! The world needs more women in unconventional job roles kicking butt and making a name for themselves! I would definitely recommend JMP Plumbing and use them again and again. It’s a shame that the city inspection has to take such a large piece of the pie ($257)…

OMG! This has been the best plumbing experience I've had in a lllooonnnggg time. Hayden and Zayne came and fixed a plumbing problem that other plumbers couldnt fix. JMP are our new plumbers!!!

JMP plumbing did a phenomenal job replacing a shower valve on extremely short notice Zane showed up on time and complete the repair in about an hour. Five-star service and would definably recommend JMP and their services.

Update: didn’t find the real source of the leak the first time. We were charged $125 the first time then $150 the second time. I’m curious if he’d found both issues the first time (as the second plumber said he should have) if we’d still have paid a total of $275. A new gasket for the disposal, how much does that cost? No idea, but my trust has gone down for this company. Everyone was super pleasant but…

We had a leak in our sink and found this company. Love that it's female-owned! They sent a text saying when to expect our technician along with his picture, so that's a nice security measure. $125 total.

Had a small leak from a bathroom on the second floor of our home, called this company and they were able to send someone the next day. They found the leak and were able to repair it within 1 hour. Price was fair and they were both excellent. Would really recommend and use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Had a bad experience with the company due to some miscommunication but after speaking with management. They sent a team out the very next day to make sure that they corrected the issues. They were super pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will use them for future use

I've had then to my house two times now for different issues. One big one small but both issues were handled quickly and with care. Great customer service from Lizzy and Brandon Simmons.

Very disappointed that we were quoted $83 for service call (which was diagnosis and wrote a quote) but charged us $131 to do that. Work Quote was $4100. + other drywall repair to install a hose bib. Gave us no other options to reduce the cost. We got another company for a 2nd bid who provided other options to install a hose bib, and went with them. Service call price was dishonest. I would not recommend JMP Plumbing services.

Great guys! Came out quickly and found the clog. Even found the cleanout that others missed. But my clog wasn’t between elsewhere and they found it and fixed it. Highly recommend!
