As always technician arrived ontime with all necessary items. Was greeted with big smile, happy voice, positive attitude, and knowledge and skills galore. Entire process was quick, well informed tidy, thorough, and priced as expected. I continue to highly recommend Starnes every chance I get. In no way have they never disappointed us. Sure you will be grateful for their service as well.

I needed someone quick to come fix my water valve to the fridge that wouldn't close. The entire process from speaking with Rebecca to schedule a plumber out to having Brett and Cecil out to complete the work was so smooth. Pricing was also very fair and they came and took care of the job fast! I'll definitely be calling them for my sprinkler needs as well!

Steve did an amazing job! He came first thing this morning and was able to clean out my toilet quickly without any mess or fuss. Very grateful for him and our now flushing toilet!

Our drained stopped up and the crew from Roto Rooter came in less than an hour. Steve and Zak did a very thorough job and explained everything to us as they were completing the job. Very happy that we chose Roto Rooter!

My AC tech cleared the AC drain line in attic. And clogged the kids bathroom drain where it connects into. This is Thursday night. And not looking forward to having kids be without their bathroom on a weekend.
Called Roto-Rooter. Response was great. Emanuelle came out and had the 25 ft cable run down the drain and unclog it.

The service tech arrived same day, within the given time frame. Explained everything clearly and had our issue resolved within half an hour. He scheduled a follow up for another tech to run a camera up the lines, and we received a call shortly after he left to schedule a water damage consultation. I wish I could remember our guy’s name because he was great. Super polite, professional, and respectful. Very pleased with our service and would definitely recommend.

Steve cane by to work on my drain. He was very professional. Looked at the problem, assessed the issue, gave me an estimate for doing the work along with the time it would take. Brought his tools and started the job. His tools were clean, he wore all the proper PPE and completed the job in a very clean and efficient manner. Well done!!

$150 for 5 min to replace $0.05 rubber gasket, oh, and three hours past arrival window….

I had a clogged main line, so I booked an appointment that evening for the following morning, and I’m really glad I did. The plumber who came out was Steve and he was not only super knowledgeable and efficient, but also just a genuinely nice guy. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he really cares about helping people and takes pride in his work. It’s not every day you find someone that skilled and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Steve!

Clean out excavation with pipe repair. Prompt and friendly crew. Worked efficiently and clean. I would highly recommend and appreciate Roto-Rooter’s availability and live customer service representatives at their call center.

I called Roto-Rooter at 8pm Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend because sewage was backing up into the showers & toilets. At 10pm, I received a call back from the office, letting me know that no plumbers would be available to come that night. They offered to reschedule me for the next morning between 8-9am and made sure we were a priority in their system. At 7:20am Memorial Day Monday, I received a call that our technician was en route. Steve showed up promptly at 7:55 and got straight to work! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and had our main sewer line cleaned out within an hour. He had a great attitude showing up on a holiday. Thanks Steve!

Amazing customer service from Nicholaus! He really went above and beyond to fix the issue on the same day, within a couple hours of requesting service.

Overall, Mr. Steve did a great job. He immediately saw the problem and got right on it. However, having a seperate service for a camera to come out and look through to see what caused the problem wasn't necessary. The problem was already taken care of. I feel the pricing was a bit overwhelming, if the snake had already cleared out the problem. I will still give Steve 5 stars but the pricing was a bit much. Only one toilet was backed up and the outside main cleared the problem.

Dennis was awesome! Not only did he get our shower draining, but he showed us what to do (and not to do) if there’s a next time.

He went above and beyond to take care of my problem, and was the sweetest guy. This company will do whatever it takes to make sure your problem is taken care of.
