Working with Medallion Pools was the easiest pool building experience we could have imagined. We'd heard horror stories from other friends about their experience and how long it took to build their pool. So we were quite skeptical with every builder we spoke with. However, Wayne was very communicative and was on top of the whole process; he let us know when contractors would be running late, or early, he kept as close to his timeline as he could (we did have a few days of bad weather).
I really can't imagine a better pool buying/building experience.

Wayne and his crew did a fabulous job in the completion of our pool. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism throughout the entire process. We were able to create a custom pool, waterfall feature, and landscape design that is truly amazing and accentuates our yard. Wayne and his crew are very responsive and generally reply within a matter of minutes to any questions or concerns. Despite all the rain this spring, Wayne kept us informed on a daily basis and the pool was completed within 60 days. Wayne was highly recommended by our friends and we are glad we chose him over the other contractors who provided us estimates. If you are considering a new pool or remodel, I would highly recommend Medallion Pools as well. Thanks for creating a backyard oasis our family can enjoy for many years to come.

Working with Medallion Pools was a great experience. The owner was very involved in the entire process, including the design and the landscaping. Communication with everyone was amazing. We always knew what was happening and when, and they responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Building a pool for the first time is a daunting task! We asked a lot of our friends to share their experiences and also shopped around a bit as there are several pool building companies to choose from.

We came to the conclusion that beside staying within budget, the things that mattered the most were quality & timeliness.
While we had the choice to go with other companies, we decided to go with Medallion Pools, a family run business out of Frisco.

Wayne Britto’s (owner) patience explaining the process, his candor in setting expectations(on price & process) & his prompt communication style along with his commitment that he himself would manage the project is what convinced us on Medallion. (Best Decision Ever)

The design is the first and one of the most important steps. Wayne provided several esthetic suggestions/ options.
Our pool construction from start to finish took about 100 days. That included delays due to the weather conditions & back ordered equipment due to the unexpected snow storm.
We were treated very fairly & no point was there any hesitation or regret about using Medallion.
After agreement on the scope & price, we did change our mind (like everyone else) & had 3 change orders for which we were charged additional (reasonable fees); examples: Larger size spa, upgraded pool equipment, additional decking, etc.

All the subcontractors they hired were also very skilled at their work. What we appreciated most was Wayne’s attention to detail, his team’s willingness to answer all our questions and provide us with recommendations/ suggestions on material selection & throughout the process.

Thanks Wayne, Dave, Harley & Taylor. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our pool is the highlight of our backyard and our family is already making some great memories.

We had a great experience with Medallion Pools. From day one, the team displayed enthusiasm, professionalism, and a keen interest in helping us come up with a beautiful design for our pool and spa. During the design review with Harley, we were impressed by how we could get near-instant tweaks to our design, with pricing impacts. Later, Tayler's inputs were really helpful in identifying a great combination of tile/stone/paver selection. Wayne was always on top of the operation, checking and coordinating all the different aspects of the construction and ensuring a smooth transition between all aspects of the project. In the end, our gorgeous pool and spa were finished within budget and within three months, which is a pretty amazing achievement for this post-Covid19 era. We are super happy with Medallion and we highly recommend them!

We shopped a few pool companies before agreeing to build one with Medallion Pools. Their price compared to a few other companies and availability to start our project much sooner were the main reasons we chose them. Entire project took a little over 3 months which was what they told us from the beginning. They were very transparent and walked us through the entire process. They answer emails immediately and keep you updated with every detail along the process. Wayne, Dave, Harley and the entire office staff were super helpful. A pool can be a complicated project with a lot of unknown surprises that are out of a builders control but we really can’t complain about a single thing. We’ve been using the pool almost every day for a couple of weeks and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend Medallion to anyone looking to build a pool!

I considered three pool companies before selecting Medallion Pools.  I selected Medallion after evaluating three categories. Reputation, Price, and Schedule.

Reputation: Wayne and team had built numerous pools in my neighborhood and my neighbors had very positive experiences. They reported Wayne was regularly on site supervising his sub contractors and achieved promised completion dates.

Price: Medallion had the lowest cost of the three companies considered.

Schedule: Wayne promised from contract award to pool completion would be 120 days.  The two other pool builders were quoting 9-14 months.  Additionally, we knew of others in the neighborhood that used competitor companies and were extremely frustrated by the pool building experience. Additionally, they reported delays that often exceeded the original project completion date.

Wayne completed the project in 114 days, 6 days ahead of the promised completion date.  Harley, his right hand man, was always on site.  Both Wayne and Harley communicated well and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.

We have nothing but great things to say about Medallion Pools. We were unfamiliar with the process and after talking to a couple other companies, it was apparent that we needed to work with Medallion. We had a difficult backyard to work with and I had a really tough time even envisioning a pool. With Russell's creative design, I was able to see what our dream backyard could look like. From the beginning of the process, Communication was incredible, even in the start with Tayler getting everything scheduled. We received daily emails and at least one member of the team came by almost every day. Wayne, Dave and Harley were fantastic and we never felt worried or as if we were not "in the know". Wayne, the owner, was incredibly hands on during the project and everything moved at a great pace. The finished product is better than we expected and the entire process seemed seamless. I would recommend Medallion over and over again. You will not find this great of service or a great final product with any other pool company, I firmly believe this.

We used Medallion Pools for a pool and hot tub (spa) at our new house in the Fall of 2015. I can't say enough good things about Medallion pools and wholeheartedly would recommend them (and I have) to all of my family and friends that are looking to build a pool. Even with some inclement weather, they finished the job on time, and if we ever had a question Wayne Brito and his staff were always extremely responsive (95% of the time we would receive an email back within 5 minutes of sending something). We had never built a pool before, and Medallion helped us through the entire process from design through Pool School at the end. We also utilize their weekly pool service, and they do a fantastic job. The finished product looks even better than we ever expected, and we enjoy our backyard on a daily basis. We also use Wayne and his team for the ongoing service of our pool. They service our pool every Tuesday (rain or shine!) and send us an e-mail every week when it is done. They do a fantastic job from a service perspective too. Thank you Wayne and team!

We just had our second pool completed by Wayne and his team, and they exceeded our high expectations again! Our new pool is amazing! When we moved to Plano, we knew a pool was a necessity, and could not find the perfect house with the perfect pool. Instead, we found a great house with a big yard! Wayne did a custom design for us, and we are so happy! Our pool looks like a resort pool, and we get so many compliments! All of Wayne's employees and crew were great to work with! We highly recommend Medallion!

Our pool was just completed a few weeks ago. Working with Medallion was very good experience. The communication and quick responses were absolutely great. We were always kept informed of next steps, when and what contractors were next in line to work on the pool. Whenever I had a question about design or other options, Wayne was always there to lead me in the right direction. If I sent an email it was typically answered within 10 minutes. After receiving 3 bids to build my pool and meeting with the pool builders I decided to go with Medallion. The reason I chose Medallion Pools was because they had great reviews, the owner told me he would be involved in every step of the building process, and how knowledgeable he was of the pool building process. The other 2 companies I got bids from were caught up in their fancy drawings and computer animation, and failed to explain the breakdown of costs and materials they would be using for the project.

Wayne, they owner, did an excellent job building my pool. Not only were my expectations exceeded, I felt like he had a passion for work and was very detail oriented. After the pool was built, the service techs monitored and serviced the pool at no extra charge for the next 4 weeks. They did such a great job I signed up to continue having them service my pool. I would definitely recommend Wayne and Medallion Pools to my friends and family to build their pool. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and I have never had one that kept me as informed throughout the process as Wayne did. I’ll be sure to contact him on my next outdoor project.

Its been good experience working with Medallion team on my swimming pool project. its been a challenge building a pool during the pandemic due to dependency on contracts and materials, but Wayne and team managed them well and got the project done.
Medallion team has been very professional, made excellent design and executed the project very well.
My kids cant wait for the summer to play and swim in the beautiful pool the team has built. I would recommend Wayne and team to anyone.

We shopped other pool companies and we decided on Medallion immediately after meeting with Wayne. He is fair, honest and will build you a beautiful pool within your budget. We are so glad that we went with Medallion! Wayne is with you through the entire process from design to finish. He is in constant contact with us - letting us know who will be at our home the following day. Every email and question is answered so quickly - customer service is top notch. Everyone who works for Wayne is extremely polite, courteous and professional. Our new pool/spa is stunning! We recommend Medallion to everyone!

Building our first pool with Medallion was awesome! Wayne took us through the initial design and pricing stage and helped us understand the pros and cons for the different equipment. Our PM, Dave was here every day and was never in a hurry if we had questions! Even Taylor was awesome, whenever he came by to check on the pool he showed us what he was doing and why. The hand off to us was awesome and complete, Dave made sure we understood all of the equipment and maintenance needs. Our Medallion pool is rocks and so does the Medallion team!

Our experience with Medallion Pools was excellent. Wayne was very patient and helpful in the design and layout process, allowing us time to “lay out” the pool dimensions in the yard so that the finished product was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. We were given an itemized sheet detailing the cost of each phase/item and there were no additional costs incurred once the contract was signed. Medallion provided a timetable for each part of the project and Wayne emailed daily to let us know what to expect each day. The crews on site were personable and professional, making sure to clean up the site at the end of the working day. Upon completion of the pool, Dave was patient as he showed us the pool / spa features, vacuum, skimmer, filter, etc. Our mild winter has allowed us to heat the pool and spa on quite a few days, and we could not be more pleased with our decision to use Medallion Pools.

Additionally, we decided to use the weekly pool service Medallion Pools offers. It gives us peace of mind to know that one of Medallion Pool’s crew members, Leland, who was on site when the pool was built and is familiar with us and the pool, comes each week and checks the pool balance, etc. and emails us to let us know he stopped by.

We highly recommend that you consider Medallion Pools and their Pool Service.

Medallion pools ( Wayne, Dave, Russell and Tayler) provided top notch service from pool ideas, design selection and the whole pool building process. They were extremely honest about their prices which ultimately was the reason why we first went with Medallion, coupled with our good friend’s and also our neighbor’s recommendations. (Both families had their pools built with Medallion in the last couple of years too). Wayne and Dave provided very prompt follow ups via email on every step and transition which showed they were on top of everything!

We were extremely pleased and impressed with all the contractors that Medallion hired and worked with. .. it just proved how much Wayne and Dave had built a strong rapport with their team to make the whole process a painless experience.

Outstanding job from Medallion pools. Wayne was always on site in every step of the pool construction, and he listened to our request and act on it. The complete team are very nice and hard workers. I monitored a neighbor pool from another vendor that started before ours, and they are still on construction, instead Medallion pool delivered on time. I will recommend.

We had a very good experience building a pool/spa with Medallion Pools. We had no issues worth mentioning throughout the process and the final product exceeded expectations. Wayne helped us design the pool and it was apparent he wanted it to be our design and meet our wants, but used integrity and expertise to make sure it was built right; he seemed willing to have as many design meetings as needed to get it right. Dave was an excellent project manager and he an Taylor did a fantastic job keeping us posted daily on what completed and what's next. Each trade was professional and courteous. They earned my 5-star rating. Job well done!

We were a little nervous at the beginning and didn't know what to expect. Medallion has made every step a smooth and enjoyable process. We were very impressed with Wayne's communication throughout the entire project. The turnout of the pool is amazing from the colors chosen to the clean sleek lines. Wayne and his team from Medallion Pools were fantastic. The pool ended up exactly like we had envisioned it. More than anything else, Wayne is incredibly responsive. I received updates even when there wasn't anything to be done, and Wayne or his team always responded the same day. Our feedback was always incorporated and any and all concerns were immediately addressed.
