I called to ask if they can also clean a throw rug because i rather get it cleaned than to throw it because i spent 300 dollars on it and she rudely said no and just hung up on me following when she answered she said are you wanting to make a appt no intro this is very unprofessional glad im not going with them. If yall think about calling just dont.

I have an old dog that has been using the restroom on the floor a lot more frequently. I lost my patience and called these dudes. They were reasonable and even did a bunch of spot cleaning instead of making me pay for all the floors. Cool guys for sure.I enjoyed watching their progress as the floor changed back to its old color wherever the machine went. Surprisingly entertaining!

Very Unprofessional after not showing up at the schedule time the guy called saying he was running late never showed up. When I called the office the lady rep hung up in my face and when I called back she never answer. Only make me think that this company is not legit. Please use another company

Henri cleaned my parent’s furniture upholstery as well as their car carpets. He did an awesome job at a reasonable price. He is very professional and reliable. I highly recommend Henri with C3 if you want great service.

The whole experience was pleasant and Henry is very professional and honest. My carpet hasn't been cleaned in 3 years, and Henry took his time and made sure my carpet came out as clean as possible!!! We found C3 Carpet Cleaning on the NextDoor App. We have used Stanley Steamer snd Dalworth in the past. They were unable to get what our carpet looks like today from C3. Owner Henry Godoy did a fantastic job. Very professional and explained his different applications and treatments he could use. He was the FIRST person in 27 years to walk around the carpet with a UV light to show us stains that we did not know. (We have had 4 dogs during this time, but suspect previous owner’s pets). He recommended some additional options for us to try which we did. We had 5 rooms but he charged me only four. I was not expecting our carpet to ever look like brand new, but the carpet looks so much better! He even had me look at part of carpet where he left a portion not cleaned to see the difference.

We are so very happy! We wanted to support a local Plano Business Owner and not a large franchise.

His truck had his own water so he did not have to connect to my outside water faucets.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in Mesquite, TX. Called for a quote last week to repair my fence and he came out literally within minutes. Gave me a quote and was here Monday morning to begin repairs. Highly recommend and will be using them again for future repairs. Thank you to TJ and his son.
