The crew at Preston Hollow Cleaning has been one of the best finds I have come across on google. The first time I used them was on a last minute tenant move out clean. They found a way to work me in, and turned a trashed house to a new house in no time. Keep in mind the showers were black the over was caked you name it. When they were done it all shined like new. Recently I have hired them to do my personal house on a weekly basis. They are on time every time, pricing is great and the service is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service of any type.

They usually do a great job. My toilet was not cleaned last time and still had a ring around it. It’s on minor stuff but like I said most of the time they do a good job. Depends which crew u get. Seems to be different all the time.

I liked Joe, the Merry Maids representative, coming to our home and discussing your products and services, and then our plans for the initial and future cleanings. I liked the team work, and I liked their thorough cleaning. There was one thing I didn’t like that happened when we did our pre cleaning walk through. I showed them the upstairs bathroom & mentioned the tub was draining slow & that it was it hard for me to clean it (until it’s fixed). Instead of the lady saying something like “that’s ok - we can clean it” she made a grunting sound & didn’t reply. That moment has stuck with me because I am paying for your services to clean our home. I am really still upset about it & our cleaning was six days ago.

As a married mother of three bouncing baby boys I've always had to keep the energy level through the roof. I got sick several years ago and just couldn't handle everything life threw at me. I'm sure mothers know the feeling of being at a restaurant and your kid makes a spill. You want to grab a mop or towel and clean up but you don't have the tools. Relying on the staff to help can make or break how you feel about the place. That's how it feels living with illness. I don't have the tools and need to rely on help. I've had other cleaning services that did the job and they did anywhere from poor to good. However, never have they made my house feel more like home until today. Thank you to the ladies who cleaned, organized, and even in some mild ways redecorated. Even my eight year old was impressed with the way one of our family pictures was displayed.

I have worked with Merry Maids-Mesquite for nearly a year and they are FANTASTIC! April, by FAR is my favorite house cleaner, however everyone they have sent has paid attention to detail and has done a great job. The ladies in the office are polite, sociable and get things done! They are the best!
