I had an appointment for 2 pm. I had to take off work, and around 2:30, I received a call that they were canceling my appointment because they had a business with no air conditioning, and that was more important than my scheduled appointment. I was already at home when I received the call. Totally unprofessional.. She was very rude.. Horrible customer service...

Called them in good faith for my Parma residence understanding the unit was installed in 2016 and we purchased the home two months ago and we have an extended service plan and warranty on the home. The technician was less than informed in his duties and trued to upsell a leak test at a cost of 900.00 dollars it seemed his focus was only to sell high instead of determining the issues at hand. After I asked if the test was covered under our service plan and being advised no I proceeded to request for a refill or too off of the units freon again the technician was hesitant instead offered a leak test. Then I advised him just to pack and leave considering my frustration over the phone I paid 89.95 for a walk up to look at the system and advised for no results to our problem after contacting the Americas prefferdd home warranty they advised leak test was covered along with the service fee. Decisive practices do not go un noticed make sure you do your homework before you Intrust
your wallet to anyone in this field of buisness.

They always do a great job! They answer the phone friendly, and have always come the same day I call (so important with TX heat when your air is out). The technician's are always professional and friendly, never trying to replace or sell something not needed. Very happy customer!

I would highly recommend Jack’s AC, and Steve as your technician. Our AC went out while my husband was out of the country, and I was told that the entire unit needed to be replaced, which would have cost thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from Steve, who determined that it was an electrical problem and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. I’m very thankful for the fast, honest service, and I will definitely be using this company again.

Don’t buy an A/C unit here. Service after the sale is horrible! 4 days for a tech to come fix a 4 year old ac unit in the hot summer sucks! Jacks AC has had to perform repairs on my ac unit every single year and the unit is only 4 years old now. Every single time the unit breaks down it takes days and a lot of fighting just to get a repair tech sent out. All of their good service technicians have now left and the owner could care less if an ac unit he sold is working or not.

Very impressed with Jack's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. I own rental property and also manage properties for clients and had previously used a different company. An outside A/C unit at one of the properties had stopped coming on. Jack's came out very quickly and determined it needed to be re-charged. They re-charged the unit. About 24 hours later it had quit working again. There was apparently a major leak in the lines. They were able to get us scheduled and get new copper lines ran to prevent future problems. The office people are very friendly and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Jack's is my go to A/C company now. I highly recommend them for any and all of your A/C needs!

We had our entire AC unit system installed by Jack's last year and they did an excellent job. Just recently we had the one year maintenance and check up done by Joe. We were very pleased with his services. He was all around friendly and professional, as with the rest of the staff and service personnel. I would highly recommend this business.

I am beyond pleased with Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Our air handler went out and I gave them a call. They replaced the unit the next day for a very reasonable price. The technicians were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable They were very patient at answering all of my questions. The customer service was above and beyond their competitors. In my business I have seen and heard stories of many HVAC companies. I have only heard great things about Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating. They are also true patriots that support the military and first responders! I can’t say enough about them! Flawless and quick thermostat installation in under an hour!

I highly recommend this company. Very fast service on a weekend where the temperature was 105° and the heat index was around 115°. Our AC unit was purchased in 2020 and all the parts were still under warranty. A technician was sent out very quickly and fixed the issue within a few minutes. The labor cost was very reasonable, particularly for a weekend service. He explained what was wrong, fixed it, and looked at EVERYTHING else just to make sure all was good after we’d settled the bill. He could have jumped in his truck and took off but he took time to look at the coils, etc. and explain how to make sure everything keeps running for a long time and what to look for as an early sign that something may go wrong in the near future.

Previously was told by another company that I needed to replace the whole unit due to compressor being bad. When I called I told them I needed a fan motor and I knew that’s all I needed. Fast talk and pressure sales was a red flag for me. Had jacks come out and gave them no warning of what the problem was and sure enough, 7 minutes later the tech advised me I needed a fan motor. I asked had he checked the compressor and was told yes and it’s fine. So instead of spending $6,500 I spent just over $300. Always get a second and third estimate, ALWAYS!
The tech, Michael, was very friendly and respectful as well as will go above and beyond.

Jack’s will be my air conditioning service company from here forth.

What an outstanding company. Price friendly and Jacks has gone above and beyond several times for my elderly parents. Very trustworthy and highly skilled technicians with fantastic attitudes.

There was an issue with the warranty of the system, so after calling their office, the manager was so patient and wanting to help resolve the issues with the manufacturer, which they did.
Only during the phone conversation did they know i was a owner in the trades, so the customer service my parents received over the last few years was super, and that is Jacks ac

It hurts me to write this note but I must be honest. I have always used Jack’s Air Conditioning and Heating either for service or for install. In my new build, they installed my new units in the attic. They did not run the vent piping to my roof and did not tell me. My roofer told me the vents were not installed. Jack’s quoted me they install all my vent piping, including vent-a-hood and dryer vent. When I called, they said the roof pitch was too high and that my plumber usually does that. Since my unit was completed, I have tried to call for a technician several times. Each time the woman tells me I only have one technician and will call you if I can get him to you this afternoon. Today, my unit is cycling on/off trying to heat my home. There is also a ticking noise on my other unit. I have called twice to have my dryer vent modified. Each time they take my name, address, and number but have not sent a technician. I have always loved Jack’s but they have passed their time. I do not recommend them for new builds or routine service.

The technician was very punctual, very courteous, did a good job servicing the furnace and whole house humidifier, and explained options for improvement clearly. I very much recommend them. I recommend!!

Fred from Avalon Air Conditioning Service came to our house to install furnace and air conditioner at our house. Sales person came to our house and gave us an excellent price. They installed the Amana furnace and air conditioner on the same day we are completely satisfied with the workmanship.

Having received an estimate to replace my gas furnace from a company I used before, I went to look for a second opinion. Reading online reviews for Avalon Air Conditioning Service lead me to call Dan for his opinion. Turns out the my unit only needed a switch replaced and it now works great. Do yourself a favor and call him for quick response. Top notch!!

Avalon Air Conditioning Service is a great company. They are always on time or call to let you know the appointment before yours took longer than estimated and when they will be at your house. They installed my systems 10 years ago and the few repairs I have needed have been covered by their warranty.
