6/28/2025, Saturday at 1pm. I call ARM and Todd was able to service our old Trane AC unit. It was just a loose wire. Todd cleaned the coils and checked the Freon. Outstanding service. Thank you.

Todd and his team are 1st class. I have been in the A/C distribution business for over 50 years and they are who I use for my A/C needs. They are experienced, well trained and have competitive pricing.

The one to call. I don't leave many reviews for AC service. I was referred to Todd by a friend when replacing the HVAC in my home. I had already priced several options for the same equipment. It wasn't hard to make the decision. They are knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced! Give them a chance to bid your service or new HVAC replacement.

This guy has been my AC mechanic for over 30 years. He installed a 4 ton unit for me and it ran for 25 years and the only problem I had was a fan motor . Todd is fast and reliable and one of the few that take pride in their job. Can't go wrong with this man. I've recommended him to family and friends and NEVER had one complaint. Try him you'll like him.!!!

Todd is number one on the trust list. Does wonderful installs, expert service and repair when needed. He's worked on my home unit a couple of times, and anytime my warehouse has an issue, he's the first one we call, and he gets on it. At a fair price too. This is a company you can trust!

The Conover repair man arrived as scheduled. The dispatcher called twice just to let me know his ETA. Once here Rupert checked out the situation with my air conditioner, found the problem and gave me choices of service. He fixed the problem and did not pressure me to do extra. The price was reasonable. He was friendly and a hard worker. He appears to enjoy his job.

I cannot say enogh great things about Conover Air! Their quality of service and thier superior communicaiton is amazing! It is more than just my AC people but the relationship they also bring...won't relaly find better in Dallas in my mind and I am a realtor!!!!

We have been using Conover since we moved to Rockwall 7 years ago. They have consistently shown up on time and with a friendly attitude. When our heater malfunctioned during the last freeze, they promptly arrived and resolved the issue within an hour. Recently, our blower stopped working and they were able to schedule us for a new HVAC system installation and have us up and running in less than 48 hours. We will continue to rely on Conover and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and excellent service provider.

Conover heating and air conditioning has always given us excellent service for 30 years. Our air conditioner was on the Fritz this weekend and Monday morning bright and early here was Rupert. He was bright, cheerful, and ready to go to work. He explained what he was going to do. He ask only the questions he needed to know exactly what the problem was. He ran some tests found the problem an explained what was needed. He was polite and told us what was needed to do repairs. He explained the cost . And made sure we understood everything. We will use Conover again if needed.

This was the second time we have used Conover air-conditioning and just like the first time very professional very quick and very reasonableThe technician was extremely knowledgeable and figured out exactly what was wrong with our air conditioning unit and was able to fix it within a few minutes and the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful and will use them again.

I was recommended Conover three years ago during the cold snap in 2021 when my heating system went down. They responded quickly and professional and at a reasonable cost. And they had my house up and running in no time. Ever since then, they are proving to be very responsive and professional, maintaining and improving my system as needed, at a reasonable costs.
