5th Generation Electric did an excellent job remediating our aluminum wiring. Every single connection in our house was addressed (outlets, switches, appliances, light fixtures). The owner, Eddie, was amazingly patient with all my questions and concerns. He explained everything thoroughly. Xavier was exceptional in his skill, communication and work ethic. He, too, was very patient with all my questions. Xavier, Joseph and Josh were very professional and respectful.
I’m an involved homeowner and am very interested in the process. I know some workers don’t like this, but they didn’t seem to mind at all. They always made me feel that my concerns were important. I really can’t say enough positive things about the service I received from 5th Generation Electric. They gave me estimates for all services so there were no surprises with cost.
I was so glad to find them after a very bad experience with another company. If you have aluminum wiring that needs remediation, please use 5th Generation. They stay updated on the latest information and adhere to the highest standards of safety.

We have been using 5th Generation now for over a year and couldn’t be happier with their work and guidance. Eddie sent Jonathan the first few jobs. This recent time we had Matt and Xavier. I am so happy that I found 5th Gen Electric! They exceeded my expectations in many ways. The electricians did a superb job of diagnosing and fixing the immediate problem, and then helped us understand other work that needed to be done. Our house is almost 50 years old so I have worried about possible electricity issues. Now that our plugs and switches have been replaced and some old careless wiring is gone, I feel safer and confident that these issues are no longer a concern. Xavier is an expert who knows every aspect of the work and he’s fun to talk with. He and his associate have great manners, and respect for our furniture. They used shoe covers while they were in our house. Communication was smooth from beginning to end. The owner of the company had me at “Hello” when he answered my first call. He is a true professional!

The technicians Xavier and Cyril were punctual, professional and very thorough. They were able to identify the problem with my attic lights not coming on, and made the repair to the wiring as needed. They also installed new attic lights and conducted an evaluation of all my electrical units. Overall, I am pleased with the work and would use 5th Generation Electric again. Thank you.

Guys came to the house and were very professional and courteous but the prices the quoted seemed very high. I ended up using another electrical provider.

I came across this electrician on several different forums. I needed an electrician to take a look at the meter box as I thought that I may have some issues with it. The technician from this company came out and quoted me over $15K in various services related to the meter box. He even frightened me by telling me that not only the meter box had to be replaced but my entire electrical system inside the house had to be replaced including the circuit box. Good thing I am not stupid. Whenever people put pressure on me like that, it tells me to get a second opinion. So I did. I actually had two other electricians and an Oncor guy come out to take a look, and ALL three told me, there’s nothing wrong with the meter box. It was just an overhang branch that was rubbing against the wires coming into the house. So I got on a ladder, trimmed a few branches and problem solved! All for less than $150. So I WOULD NOT trust these people. They are SCAMMERS! And on a personal note to the guy that came out, DON’T EVER underestimate us single women who call you because your stupid pressure tactics DIDN’T work!

We had a complete electrical panel relocate from inside to outside and the work was completed timely and very professionally. We also had some miscellaneous wiring cleaned up and everything looks great. Highly recommend 5th Generation and shout out to Xavier for providing detailed information and performing exceptional work.

The estimate took over 3 hours to complete. It was a very complete and detailed estimate. Very Expensive We asked for referrals but never got them, so we moved on to another electric company that offered them. We even called them asking and no response

Had two nonfunctioning lights and change out two pendant lights - also added home surge protector to circuit panel (code in 2020). Josh and Trey came ON TIME - quality work and equipment (replaced). Courteous and professional. After job clean up! Highly recommend,

Would never use this service. Agree trying to be professional but should be reasonable when you charge ! They had a service charge $79 which agreed to pay . After the visit tech told my wife that just re adjusting wires for existing gci point would be $255 again will try to reiterate just recheck the wiring and make adjustment as needed. No new parts no new wiring just checking wiring and readjusting wiring . Never heard of this kind of charges. End of day I wanted just pay that service fee ( of course paid for nothing ) . I would never use them ever again
