Trueserve- Has named itself well. They went above and beyond to help a difficult situation better and fix a wiring problem under the house. Everyone from start to finish were Professional, prompt, intuitive, well educated and trained and transparent. The appointment was set, a free estimate, and repairs were done in the same day. I will refer them and use them again if ever there is a need. Pricing was also affordable.

We called Trueserve Electric on a Friday morning. We got very lucky, as they squeezed us in that afternoon. We were just needing a couple of outlets installed in our attic area. We had just installed a new satellite internet server that morning which needed power. Jon came out with one of his employees and knocked it out quickly. His price was very fair! Will definitely use him for future electrical work!

John recently wired our new pergola. I liked him from the minute I first met him, when he came to our home to inspect the project and provide us with his quote. He was incredibly customer oriented, in a very real way, and impeccably professional.
We ended up choosing him because of this first impression and the amazing reviews here on his Google profile, in spite of the fact that he wasn't the lowest bid we received.
The project took a day and a half and we are 100% satisfied with the result. His attention to detail and his determination to please us with the design of his work (conduits, switches, lights, plugs, etc.) was exceptional.

Great service and communication. Rey diagnosed the issue that was causing our problem, he then made the necessary phone calls to get our issue resolved. ONCOR sent someone out within the hour and made the repair required to bring us up to code.
