Rey and Will were kind, communicative, and patient with all my loud kids running around. They were up front about costs, which was important to me, and got everything fixed in a timely manner. They even cleaned up when they were finished. I’ll definitely be calling them for future needs, and recommending them!

The team came out on a Saturday even though those are normally just emergency hours because that was the only day I had available. They were quick and professional and pleasant with my kids when they would attempt to see what was going on. I will definitely reach out for additional electrical services

TrueServ were true professionals! They were courteous, scheduled us for and completed multiple sevices soooo quickly, pulled permits for us at our request, and fielded all of our many, many questions thoughtfully and thoroughly! We definitely recommend hiring them both for general electric work and also for electric vehicle charger installation! We've definitely found our new electricians! :)

I had a great experience with this electrician. He was professional, personable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. I never felt pressured into adding anything unnecessary, he took the time to explain options and even offered some ideas. The work was done efficiently and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Jon is great. He's able to schedule a same day appointment for me during the holiday season when another advertised company cancelled my appointment. He's been professional and quickly get things done. He didn't try to up sell nor over charge me. He didn't just explain the repair, but also clarify the responsible parts between landlord and tenant, and makes recommendations for maintenance. I'll definitely call him if there's electric service need again.

I’m very happy with the service I received. They installed a generator plug directly to my electrical panel so I can power my home during an emergency. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, which I really appreciated. They were able to schedule the job quickly and arrived right on time. They even worked through some bad weather to complete the installation.
The installation itself was fast, clean, and professionally done. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done efficiently and at a fair price.

Lost power during recent storm due to faulty installation of disconnect box on new home. John was on site after dark in sub-freezing weather, snow and ice. He was able to diagnose the problem fast and implement a temporary repair to restore lights to our house. While inspecting our system they also found two breakers for the pool were burning in the box because the wrong breakers were installed.
Within a couple days they were back on site for permanent repairs.
Absolutely the best service I have had from a contractor in Midlothian in 25 years.

Rey and Will were great - did everything we asked and did it fast and for a great price. Replaced all of our breakers, installed several new outlets, and three large LED lights for the garage. Very happy with the work. This was the second job they did for us and we won’t use any other electricians at this point. Highly recommend.

The people at TruServe Electric provided us with several options for landscape lighting and cost estimates. The work was started and completed within 2 days. Clint and George did an excellent job and left the site in great condition. The staff were available and communicated well throughout our experience. I highly recommend this company!
