Robin Boultinghouse is the most knowledgeable pool technician that has serviced my pool. He really understands how pools work and how to balance the chemicals correctly. I highly recommend Robin and Crystal Clear Custom Pools!

Justin came out today to fix some of our pool equipment and it was very informative and efficient. We are first time pull owners and he educated me on our equipment and was very helpful!

Robin is our pool service Tech, and he has been great! We appreciated his positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and thorough job. He notifies us of his arrival by text or phone. Also, he is great with our dog, so I do not have to lock our dog in the house during the cleaning.

My weekly pool guy and Justin did a great job trouble shooting the problem with my pool. They were thorough with taking care of the filters right away. My pool looks so much better. Justin kept me abreast of everything he was doing and obtained my consent with everything. Great communication.

We have used Crystal Clear Custom Pools since they put our pool in July 2015. They have done an excellent job in maintaining our pool. Our cleaner Walker is doing an excellent job on keeping our pool clean! I would highly recommend them to service your pool! They are excellent and honest.

Crystal Clear pool service has been great as we do finally have a clear pool our technician Jaden provides excellent customer service. We have several large dog so he always calls to let us know his arrival time so we can put the dogs away. We greatly appreciate Jaden!

Repair technician Doug Johnson is the most knowledgeable pool technician we have ever encountered. He diagnosed our problem in just minutes of assessing our pool and equipment. We have had several other pool companies and technicians look at it and have performed multiple repairs but did not fix the root cause. He really understands how pools work. Called Crystal Clear Custom Pools for a booster pump making extremely loud noises. Luke diagnosed the problem within minutes and had the pump replaced in a short time. In addition to that, he alerted me to a leak problem I was unaware of and came back the next day correcting that quickly. Luke was personable, professional and very efficient. I have used CCCP for mechanical repairs for many years and have always been pleased with their techs and service.
