This is my first time owning a pool and Jaden is always very helpful and responsive. He does a great job and we can always count on him to educate us on what we need to be doing. He also keeps the pool looking great!

Since I started using Crystal Clear last August for weekly pool service, the water has been pristine. Never a hint of algae and always cleaned perfectly by Joseph. Repairs and service when needed have been great and reasonably priced, most recently by Luke Petty. He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Great company.

Manuel has been an outstanding pool tech! He is always friendly and has my pool looking the cleanest I’ve ever had! We have been using Crystal Clear Custom Pools for our pool cleaning and maintenance since we have moved here and are really impressed with the quality of service. Robin is so knowledgeable and answers my many questions I have every time I see him. We tried to use another pool service prior to Crystal Clear and we never received any feedback on what service they did. Robin leaves a detailed report with pictures and always takes the time to speak with me regarding any recommendations on what we need to get for our pool. It's the people and quality of service that make a company great. I like that we don't have a bunch of different people cleaning our pool but consistency with the same person. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely ridiculous, 2+ months of algae issues because they don’t know what size my pool is. Then the tech can’t even be bothered to brush the pool while he services it. These photos are what they sent me to show how they cleaned my pool. Absolutely would not recommend, stay away from this dysfunctional company.

Justin Walker came to inspect a leak I had in our pool. He found the cause and fixed it and no more leak. Great job Justin.

Recently switched to Crystal Pools from several others. Extremely satisfied. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Just had a pool moter replaced (see picture). Luke, the technician, was the greatest and did a spectacular job. I highly recommend for all your pool needs.
