I had two separate appointments with this company and they ghosted me on both. If your time is worth anything to you forget this Co.

I used this business for the purchase and install of Christmas lights and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Fast responses, fast install and even better customer service. AHM Landscaping installed a stamped/stained concrete pad in my backyard.

Very frustrating trying to work with them. We spent the time to source all our own materials because they said they couldn’t find the most basic rock scapes. Then they backed out because they booked a bigger simple job and said they didn’t have time. Very unreliable and would not recommend wasting the time doing their job for them.

We have used Eden Creek at multiple locations and we would not use anyone else. They are exceptional at what they do whether you are looking for a new design or clean up work! Chris and his team takes pride in their work and are extremely detail oriented.

Proceed with caution before wasting time with Natalie & Chris at Eden Creek. To begin, we received two initial quotes from them, 7 & 8 days after initial consultation. Took quite a long time. We ironed out all of the fine details of our project over various calls & texts. Many of the materials we had to resource ourselves. I was guaranteed we could get a very specific type of Black Star Gravel through them after I told them WE had found a supplier for it. I was reassured we did not have to find anything ourselves and that and they could get “absolutely any material we wanted.” After she confirmed her guarantee with me twice, she called me two days later to tell me she could not get the material and instead of making it right and finishing out the project with us, they backed out and said they didn’t have time for our $5,000 project anymore. Complete waste of time & unprofessional conduct.

As a contractor who has worked directly with Chris and Hannah at Eden Creek, I can personally say that this company offers extremely high-quality design and landscape installation. It is always a pleasure to work with Eden Creek, and I am continually impressed by the attention-to-detail and level of service they provide for their clients. Stephen, Natalie and the crews are easy to work with and very professional.

Eden Creek Landscaping deserves the highest of ratings, you need not to look any further than this company, there work is excellent, Natalie and Chris are wonderful to work with. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. 2 yrs ago, they compleleted the design (with drawing) for my whole yard with was full sod, landscape beds and retaining wall. I felt the pricing was reasonable & they completed the job in under 2 weeks. I've also used them for tree trimming which they equally did a great job at. Still get tons of compliments from friends & family on the job they did.

Our overall experience with Eden Creek was very positive. We had them install some sod/grass in a very shady area of the back yard. When they came out to take a look and give a quote I assumed they would just measure the area and be on their way. No. Lots of discussion and questions about the space . Water run off, how much traffic in the yard, how much shade does the area get etc. they really wanted to provide the best possible solution that would ensure grass grows and keeps growing in the yard. They put in the research to find the best type or species of grass. Getting the install on the books was challenge but ONLY because of all the rain we have had in the last month or so. Natalie, the project lead, kept me informed at every turn as to what was going on and assured me the first window of opportunity, they would get the sod installed. They did. The workers were quick, efficient, polite and professional. Very attentive to making sure they left no trace of being there when they were done. Natalie was on sight to oversee the project and Chris the owner stopped by also just to check on things. Very nice man. Yard looks great! I am now following the very detailed watering and care schedule provided by Eden Creek. Can’t say enough about Natalie and her attention detail from start to finish on this project. Highly recommend this locally and family owned faith based company!

Eden Creek is a great landscaping company that really takes their time and really is precise with your job !! Love the walk way they just completed!!!

Many months after our pool was finished, I called Eden Creek and spoke with Chris. He came out and met me and I told him that I really didn't have any ideas on what to do for landscaping around the pool and that I welcomed his ideas. He suggested having his wife draw up a design for us for a charge of $300.00. I submitted a payment of $300.00 for a design.

After 2 or 3 weeks, Chris and his wife came out and presented a design. We didn't love all of their ideas and I made some suggestions to change some of their landscaping plans. They appeared to not like that. They didn't say that, but acted a little taken back when we told them we would like to change some things. We didn't like much of their design. There wasn't much that was imaginative or very attractive about their landscape design. We told them we wanted to study their design and decide what we wanted to change and we would get back to them.

As we were contemplating their design and ideas, I found some large boulders that I liked at a local nursery and I called him and asked him if he would go look at the boulders to see if they would look good in our landscaping we were planning with them. Chris was very hesitant and he wasn't interested in sourcing materials that they didn't choose and that they basically wanted control of their project. I told him okay and that we were ready to look at getting started.

A couple of weeks went by and I never heard from Chris. I then called and left 2 or 3 messages within the next two weeks and Chris would never return my call. They come across as very nice but they are not easy to work with, especially if you, as the homeowner, want to have any say so about landscape materials.

In fact, backing up a little bit, the first day I met Chris, I told him that I would like to source some landscape rock for my landscape project, have the materials delivered, and have them install the rock and everything else related to the new landscaping. At first Chris said they didn't like to do that but he would be okay with that.

A few days later, after this first meeting, Chris called me and told me he had thought about it more and was going to pass on my landscape job. I asked him why he changed his mind and he gave me some lame excuse about the possibility of me not ordering enough of the landscape rock or too much of the landscape rock and the opportunity for that to "cause problems/inconveniences". I asked him if he would reconsider if I didn't source any of the material and let him source everything and he said, yes, then he would be interested. The above is what transpired after he said he would be interested in the job if I didn't source any of the material.

If you want to work with a landscaper who likes to put customers first, and a landscaper who wants to work hand in hand with the homeowners to create their dream landscaping, DO NOT call on Eden Creek. I would suggest to Chris, at Eden Creek, to read Carl Sewell's book: "Customers For Life".

I would suggest not wasting your time with Eden Creek and look elsewhere for a better landscaping company. My experience was exactly like the other one star reviews that have been posted.

First class service on our irrigation system. Chris is extremely organized and detail oriented. Our initial system was installed before the big freeze and the company was not interested in being paid to come fix what the weather damaged nor adding new stations.

Chris had zero issues with this and installed the extra sections that we needed as well as finding and repairing 2 leaks we did not know were there. Some of the heads were replaced and some were changed out to be more efficient in our landscape.

MUCH thought, lots of details, lots of helpful information for us to continue to keep our plants and grass healthy. He was the only company of 4 calls that did everything they promised. Most would not even call back or give any kind of estimate. Top notch!

Will be referring him to friends and neighbors for sure. He is true quality in his trade. Great team as well!

Working with Eden Creek Landscaping was a great experience. Our front flower bed project transformed the look of our home. From the initial meeting and quote to completing the job, Hannah & Natalie were professional, flexible and prompt. They gave us options every step of the way to meet our budget & design preferences. Thank you very much to everyone at Beaty Lawn and landscape. My widened driveway 3ft looks great and the back patio extending 19ft is flawless. Your concrete work is excellent, and will last a lifetime. I was amazed how easily your team made it look. The new sod in front yard made it look 100 times better than before. Your work speaks for itself. All concrete work was done in 1 day. Then the sod work was done on another day and finished same day. I will recommend Beaty to anyone and everyone that is thinking of having ANY lawn or landscaping needs.
