We were having foundation work on our 100+ year old house and they found a leak. I called Terry, the owner, and they came out immediately to fixed our issue. The technicians, Mike and Justin were excellent in making the repairs. Unfortunately there are no stars in red and I have to leave at least one for the review. This company is a service provider for a very large company that came of age approximately a century ago.
I want to think that Newcomer LLC Plumbing does not want to lose contracts with that company because I don't see any other reason why they have come maybe 5 times, they see the problem that is not small and they go and report it to that company. That company sends me emails to tell me that Newcomer LLC plumbing mentioned that everything was in order and that there is no problem this therefore saves them a considerable expense. Somehow this makes it seem like politically speaking they did "THE RIGHT THING" Although as always only in theory because the problem is getting worse. And the question is.... What can we do, those responsible people who are aware of the payment they demand every month and who are within their rights, but you have no guarantee that they will attend to you...When are you not worthy of being seen as a person and not just as a business? This is really frustrating because as I mentioned, it is not just once or twice and it makes me think that they are conspiring to obtain profit with the least possible loss at the expense of the tenants.
I don't do this with the intention of upsetting anyone, but out of dignity so that before you make the decision you look at more options, It is good to consider that the fruit of your work goes into the hands of decent and professional people. I tried to upload images but for some strange reason... I couldn't.
I sincerely hope Newcomer LLC Plumbing reconsiders its course of action for the blessing of its business and the satisfaction of its customers.

Newcomer plumbing was very prompt answering our call. They were able to come the next day and repair and descale our tankless water heater which meant only one night with no hot water.

Fantastic! Newcomer re-routed and installed 150 feet of new pipe from the kitchen drain around the house and to the septic tank bypassing the old cast iron under the slab. They added a new industrial in-ground sump pump with rewire and clean outs. The dig crew finished in one day, the repair completed the next. A job well done and completely thorough!
