I have a customer that wants to install a bathroom in their garage that was converted into a game room. They did not want to cut concrete because one was costly, and two, it jeopardized the integrity of the slab. Texas Plumbing Supply recommended the Saniflo toilet system, and it worked great and was much cheaper for the customer than having to break concrete.

I have went to many store looking for what Was needed for my pedicure chair. And no one had the piece I needed. And no one understood what I was trying to do. But Janet and Jose help and get everything I needed plus more. I wish I could give them more stars than this

This place is huge, I am a little confuse about the Customer Entrance. They're whole seller also retail. I dont need a Plumper. Mr Larry, a sale man, very knowledgable help me to get the right parts which I can not find them at Home Depot. Thank you Mr Larry.

Although my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. they unloaded me at 7:30 which is cool they were very friendly and professional. There is a place to sleep outside the gate as long as you don't put any messes on the ground. In my opinion these guys are one of the great receivers that we run into once in a while thank you for being very friendly

Went in for a few cpvc pieces and Big Karry was awesome...he grabbed what I needed and got me out the door with everything I needed....need more like him..

I just called them to ask the price of a new electric water heater and the guy who picked up the phone was rude. He hanged up on me while I'm still asking. They need to train those kind of people on how to answer a phone inquiry and deal with a prospective customer. You just lost a client here and will not recommend this business. I gave them half of the star that they don't even deserve.

Honestly, I have spent a lot of money doing my plumbing project until I was referred to Texas Plumbing Supply.Now, the interesting part is, I have never seen any customer service rep like an employee, Larry Davis,Jr. at the Missouri city Texas Plumbing Supply location. This guy provides the best customer service than any one I have ever met, in terms of how he acknowledges and greets you when you walk in, he listen to you as you place your order, he makes it easy for “DIY” folks like myself, he ask to understand what you are working on, so he can better serve you,at the same time, he hurry to get your order ready for you. He has a great sense of urgency, he is extremely friendly. I think is a great win having this guy working for you. I have already referred many friends here because of his great customer skill!

GEI Plumbing Services team is a magician, a plumbing MacGyver! A very tricky plumbing repair and he fixed it with relative ease. Additionally, very professional. Arrived early, respectful of my household, very reasonable rates, etc. No hesitation at all in recommending him.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Gei plumbing services for an estimate to prevent future back up in my basement. He explained the process and necessity of having a back water valve. I got a great quote on a water heater and installation. They did a good job of installing my water heater and cleaning up afterwards. They also did a good job of checking back and making sure everything was done right and in good working order. Most definitely if I am in need of plumbing services again I will call them first!
