Boone Landscaping cut up an uprooted tree in the front yard from Hurricane Beryl and removed it. They cleared the neighbor's driveway immediately. The clean up was excellent.

After a great deal of searching for a reputable landscaping company, I’m happy to say that I made a great decision with Boone’s Landscaping. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to Boone and his skilled crew for an exceptional job.

We had a great experience working with Boone on our backyard project. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of what will work or not work, and offers great cost effective suggestions. Victor does a great job in the office of keeping you informed of scheduling and is extremely prompt on getting back to you with any questions you may have. This group does exactly what they say they will do, does it on time, and is with you every step of the way. Unusual for today, but Boone was on site during the entire project and Victor always answered the phone during the planning and followup. Great company to work with!

Boone's vision for our front landscaping was awesome. His design included an enjoyable water feature, a rock bed for water to flow from the gutter, trees in the perfect places, small flowering plants that the butterflies love (we see many), a beautiful area for our Marian statue, and different heights and turns that provide interest. Also, he was here working alongside his workers (very impressive). Victor was extremely helpful in getting everything scheduled and in answering questions.
Now, we spend more time sitting on the front porch.

Boones Landscaping is amazing! We have been loyal customers for several years. From complete make over of landscape design, to refreshes, water features and routine maintenance there is no better in the business. I highly recommend the White Glove maintenance service that they provide to keep the landscaping looking fresh and clean.

Came to remove some old shrubs/bushes in our back yard. Great work and done quickly. They checked to make sure the sprinklers were working and everything was up to our standards. Will use them again for sure

We never received service on the right day. Service was inconsistent and WAY overpriced. Beware of fine print in agreements. Sarah will take every opportunity to charge you an arm and a leg for absolutely NOTHING. I also paid every bill in full and on time and still received a very large invoice upon cancelling her services.

BUYER BE WARE. This company significanly overcharges for their services. They bill out unskilled labor @ $130/hour which equates to $270,000 a year. Parts are charged at twice what I could buy them for at Lowes. They charge you for the time in the office to do the invoice, and a tack on Profit fee of 11%. If you want to pay $500 + to change a few sprinkler heads, then this company is for you. They refused to discuss any of their charges. And I found the installations they did were done incorrectly.

Response to the owners reply: You know its true and I have the invoice and the cost breakdown to prove it. If this is the owner, you never responded to any of my requests to talk to the owner when I phoned your place of business. And you never returned my call. All I ever got was the office Admin who's only answer was I'll have to speak to the owner. But you never returned the call, to give me a chance to do that, so I entered this summary of what took place which is accurate..

Sarah and her team did a wonderful job in my backyard. They were very professional and completed all work in the timeframe I needed it to be done. Everything turned out beautifully. They corrected drainage issues, built a travertine patio, and installed lovely plants, trees, and bushes. Sarah listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend Woodlands Landscaping.

Only gave a one star because no stars is not an option. Sarah doesn’t know plant names, order of operations, or how to be on time. She kept my mom waiting for an appointment, bid an insane amount for plants anyone could get at a Houston garden center. And the irrigation crew is a joke. Sarah had her irrigators install drip line in all of our beds, and she mulched a month before putting in a bid for the plants. Due to the lack of professionalism, I redesigned and installed a whole new landscape myself (I’m in the industry but my company doesn’t come out to the woodlands). I had to pull up all of the drip line and re-lay it according to the design I created per my moms request. You can get FAR better service elsewhere. Don’t get swindled because this company has “woodlands” in their name. They are not up to “the woodlands” standard. Think twice before giving this company your money.

We had every intention of moving forward with the Woodlands Landscaping prior to our time with the owner (Sara) today with the entire scope of our landscaping; sprinkler system and lawn. We had just installed a new pool and our renovated yard needed upgraded and a fresh vision/perspective.

However due Sara’s disrespectful attitude towards my wife, our “vision”, our pool type and lack of accountability her dog damaging our freshly poured pool deck - we have done a complete 360.

Never. Never have we ever felt so insulted and taken back in dealing with a vendor, or the owner of the company. We were left speechless and with an awful taste in our mouth that was completely unwarranted.

What we are appreciative of and where we may take comfort is due to this exchange we have avoided a major mistake.

I have been working with Sara and her team for many years. The design and work are consistently outstanding! Most recently she did a complete rework of both front and back yards at my new home. It looks great!

We recently had Sara come out to our house for a preliminary meeting about some landscaping we want done. I had a vision, but not a lot of knowledge about what exactly we needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach us about plants and what would and wouldn’t work in our yard. She has been easy to communicate with and and attentive to our needs and we’re beyond excited to see the final product!

Amazing, beautiful work. Sara and her team are excellent. We had Sara take our yard from awful shape to excellent. She did both the front and back yards. Her eye for detail, street appeal, function and beauty are excellent. She also coordinated our entire back yard fire pit/patio area with bricks and of course landscaping which is easily one of our favorite places. We had Sara do the rock scapes in the front as well which we didn't even realized were terrible until afterward. Sara is upfront and opinionated which is excellent and that steered us out of a few potentially bad, preconceived decisions. Highly recommend Sara.

Great job!! Initial plan was simple replacement of very old azaleas. Sara injected changes that added much needed character to our front yard. (More material. Same price.) Sara did our pool landscaping years ago and provides quality plants. If the best isn’t available, she waits or recommends changes. She knows Texas weather and plants. She recommends. We listen. The old adage about preparation holds true in landscaping and is a clear tenet of her site work. Sara communicates and has been on site at least 4x over the 2 week project. I know she’ll be following up. Woodlands Landscaping is again money well spent. Thank-you, Sara and big thanks to your crew.

I'm looking for compensation for my Starlink receiver and cable that Kevin ran over with a 0-turn mower, I was told to call Debbie the manager, I guess because I was upset about her blaming me for Kevin destroying my equipment she turned the phone over to someone that should never speak to customers, or represent the company in any way, I have a phone call schedule with the owner, Matthew Moodey and wrote an email to the Thousand Trails manager.
You owe me an apology and $350.00 for the Starlink receiver and cable. I will pursue this till the end, because it's the right thing to do, look forward to hearing from you.

The two workers, Kevin and Antonio, gave me the managers name (Debbie) to call who I assumed would apologize and pay for the damage estimated at $350, but no. She and another employee, we didn't catch his name, got on the phone to tell me it was my fault. They seemed to not understand the concept of what it's like to be in an RV park, telling us how to bury cables underground, etc. This event happened today which is Friday. They had previously been here on Monday with our exact same satellite setup in place and none of this happened then, but somehow today my setup was at fault.

Protex has always done what they say and show up when they say. Highly recommend to anyone.
