Welcome back Dalton! AC went out Sunday afternoon and texted him to call me Monday morning got a afternoon appointment he corrected a couple of missed repair items told him to do what was necessary he did and we were up and running. I don't normally give that kind of latitude but no question here. Excellent young man and very fair. Again, welcome back

Dalton replaced my 10 year old broken builders grade system with a new American standard variable speed system. I was having issues getting the side of the house furthest away from my unit to cool, after the new system, my whole house stays cool and with a low humidity. The new unit was installed quickly and best of all my energy bill has reduced significantly. Thank you!

Dalton was great to work with! I called on a Saturday and he was able to get me on the schedule for the following Monday. I had to reschedule twice and not once was it an issue or an inconvenience. He fixed my problem on that visit, answered all my questions, did not try to sell me things that I don't need, and took the time to explain what the problem was, how to prevent it, etc. Will definitely be using him for annual servicing and if any problems arise.

Dalton is honest, professional, and thorough. We are so happy he was recommended (by several folks in our neighborhood) for our HVAC diagnostic. He’s our guy for any future issues.

Dalton's service is excellent. Our AC went out on Thursday and he came out on Friday to give us an estimate, in spite of flooding in his area. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He didn't try to over sale high end equipment, but instead gave his input based on my questions and needs. Anytime, I had a question he replied with a phone call. When I told him I was going to use him to do the work, he responded "Thanks for trusting our AC to him." That tells me that he doesn't take opportunities for granted. He scheduled the installation, was on time, and took pride in his craftmanship. I mentioned to him that one of our bedrooms was always hot and he looked at the second AC unit and duct work. The second unit needed a little freon which he added and he recommended changing to a dedicated duct on the bedroom. He came out the following week to do the work and what a difference! I recommend Dalton for anyone looking at getting some AC work done.

Dalton did an awesome job fixing our AC. He was highly recommended by those in my neighborhood. He was very reasonably priced, responsive, and took the time to come in and show me the before and after of the specs of our unit and what it was doing wrong. Also I felt totally safe at home with just him - which, ladies you know is not always the case with repairmen! I will for sure be recommending him to others and will continue to use him in the future. Support our local small businesses!

Dalton provided excellent (and swift) customer service! Our A/C unit was in need of repair and he got the job done faster than expected. He was very detailed and thorough in his explanation of the work required to repair the A/C unit. I’ll definitely be recommending his service to anyone I know who’s having any HVAC issues.

On December 5, 2025 I had my second check-up with Dalton’s Air Conditioning for my American Standard, Two Stage, 17 Seer Gas System. Chris made sure my unit was preforming well with the control panel in my house, he changed the filter and checked the system in my attic, and did an excellent job cleaning the big unit w/fan outside. I know I can depend on Dalton and his team to do it right! I’m so very proud to have Dalton as my AC provider!

Dalton came out after hours, had my AC unit up and running within 10 minutes. Super knowledgeable and words can't express what a great man he is!! I would highly recommend!! He just gained a lifetime customer.

Trusted. Honest. Respectful. I’ve hired Dalton and team for a couple of years now and would recommend him to family and friends. I went through quite a few other vendors that were always trying upsell items and left dubious system results. Not with Dalton or Chris. Hire them.

Dalton was super responsive and did his best to find a way to save unit which was only 6 years old, but was blown over by high winds. In the end we replaced the unit and kept our tenants comfortable. He was able to wrap-up entire diagnose, recommend, order and install within 72 hours--pretty impressive! I've used multiple AC folks in the area (bigger names), but Dalton is my choice to help with our needs.

Our A/C unit went down in the evening. Wasn't sure we would be able to get anybody out until the next morning. Contacted Dalton and he was able to come by immediately. He quickly identified the problem and was able to get the unit back up and running extremely fast. Can't say enough good things about his service, knowledge and ability to get us back up and running in no time. Dalton’s A/C a great manufacturer warranty trouble shooter. Once again very responsive to my needs to replace the previously installed by them Blower Motor 5 months earlier. Once I notified and informed them of the failure, they took full ownership and took care of dealing with the Manufacture Goodman. By confirming via Service Call, The Warranty Failure. Bad Blower Motor again. They were able to locate the bad part and set up all the logistics getting the new Fan motor. Dalton’s was referred to me by the Goodman Manufacturing Company in Waller County.. He’s now on my top shelf of AC repair 👍 Thanks for helping me out Again, as I sit here happily in my little Air Conditioned Condo in Walden Lake Conroe 😎

The AC repair person showed up on time and was very professional. He repaired my AC and explained to me what caused the AC to stop working. He also recommended a AC maintenance service program to keep our system running. I think we will take advantage of the maintenance program. The pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Dalton's AC for all of your AC and Heating repairs.

I have been using Dalton for the last couple years. He’s honest, prompt, and great with communication. I’ve had him do annual services and re-duct my system and I couldn’t couldn’t be more satisfied. His workers are courteous and treat your house like it’s theirs. I have four systems on my house and he’s kept them in tiptop condition. If you’re not using them, you have the wrong HVAC company 😉

I just started using Dalton's AC, Heating & Refrigeration... Professional, timely, and unbelievably knowledeable and experienced. Dalton and Chris did a great job updating some "fail-safes" on 2 AC units and servicing a total of 3 units.
