Joseph spent sufficient time describing and explaining all aspects of my HVAC system and took his time to be thorough. Where another service company insisted I needed a new system 4 years ago, Joseph said the system is operating perfectly and shows no sign of giving up in the near future. It is so frustrating when you have people trying to upsell a job. Joseph arrived promptly, and his rates were very reasonable. I am very happy with this company.

When my AC went out last summer, I called four HVAC companies to diagnose and give me pricing. They all agreed that I needed to replace the unit, but their pricing varied wildly, as did their inspection processes and sales tactics. Well, its been a year, and I could not be happier that I chose Omni Air! Joseph took the time to educate me before, during, and after the process. He was here during the installation, and he even found and fixed a few things that the builder had missed with the original system. The install crew was polite and kind and cleaned up behind themselves, like they were never even here. I did have an issue with a part failing a few months after the new unit was installed, but Joseph was super-responsive and had it back up and cooling within a couple of hours. It's that kind of service after the sale that sets Omni Air apart. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very happy with the service I received. Very polite and knowledgeable. Our Evap coil went out so we got a few estimates. They were a lower price than the other quotes I got, which I usually go for the middle priced ones, but yeah this guys the real deal, and saving some mullah was good. They even did a few extra things like installing a new capacitor under warranty, which I appreciated. Also they smelled good, not sure if that’s relevant lol.

Highly recommend. Joe and his crew were friendly and professional. The work was done on time and they completely cleaned up everything even vacuumed around where they worked in the house. No one tried to upsell.It was an honest quote, and the work was done exactly as stated. If you need anything done I would highly recommend them.

Joseph and his team at Omni Air are great to work with. They listened to what I wanted and quoted the job fairly. Other companies in the area tried to sell me much higher priced systems than I was asking for. I bought a single-stage American Standard silver series and it works great. They did a professional job with the installation and took pride in their work. My house had issues with the air handler closet platform, and they rebuilt it nicely. The team took great care and put down drop cloths to protect things. They also cleaned up the jobsite very thoroughly after finishing. Joseph registered my new system for me as well. If you want a company you can trust, hire them. You won't regret it.

Joseph, the owner of Omni Air & Heating is a very reliable company. When we realized on a Saturday that we had an AC problem my husband contacted Joseph and he was at our house on Sunday to diagnose the problem. He found a severe refrigerant leak which required a full HVAC system replacement. Omni Air & Heating were the most reasonably priced of the other estimates we received. He and his crew provided excellent service from the start of the project to its completion. Joseph and his crew were very clean and respectful of our home. They made sure everything was placed back in its proper place. I would definitely recommend Omni Air & Heating for any of your HVAC needs. They are reasonably priced with impeccable cutomer service.

My experience with Omni Air was exceptional! Joseph was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and fixed my air conditioner very quickly. He is fair with the pricing and honest and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! He even replaced the ac filter in my attic so I wouldn't have to climb up my steep attic stairs.
