Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to our AC system. He did a thorough check of both units plus he washed both condensers. Will definitely keep AC Max for future repairs.

Jose responded quickly and resolved our issue. We are very pleased with the new unit he installed. Also appreciate the owner, Darren, coming by to check on progress.

Wess is such an amazing guy !!
Troubleshooted our system back to a faulty breaker in my electrical panel. Helped me with the repair and we were back up and running.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars! When we got home Thursday afternoon our A/C wasn't working we turned it off then went and bought fans. By Friday evening we still couldn't get it to kick on so I got online looking for an A/C company. Lucky for us A/C Max was still open and I called at 8pm. I talked with Sean and he said he had time to come out Saturday to take a look. With the age of our system and all the issues unfortunately it couldn't be repaired and we decided to get a new one. Sean hand delivered us 3 window units for us to borrow while we waited and with it being the middle of summer we were so thankful for his generosity. He called this morning and let us know everything was ordered and he could be at our house at 2pm, I am very happy to report we have a brand new A/C unit completely installed and the house feels wonderful!! He even installed a brand new thermostat for us. If you are needing a repair or looking to get a new system you will not be disappointed with A/C Max. I will definitely be calling them for all our heating and A/C needs in the future.

I called A/C Max when my air conditioner quit working. They were able to make it out to my home quickly. The technician was friendly and prompt. After replacing some parts, he stayed to ensure our AC was fixed and working properly. We appreciate good service. We also appreciate a company invests time and effort to ensure their service is always above par. Would definitely recommend their services!

Having A/C Max replaced our Air handler in the attic was a great experience. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They did everything they said they would do. Also they brought 2 small AC window units to keep our home comfortable while the job was performed.

All I can say is I really appreciate this local company. Today there are so many small companies that claim to know the job and how to fix your issue and they never seem to really know anything except how to take your money and leave with with the same or bigger issue. In the case of AC Max it’s the exact opposite. As new home owners, two weeks into our new residence the AC unit died. AC Max came out the same day and thoroughly checked everything to find the issue. Not only did he find an issue but he also explained in detail everything possible about how and why and what we needed to do to fix it. The fix was options, not the typical you need to replace the entire unit. In this case the best option for us was in fact replace the entire unit, which is never easy on the pocket book. However he really made us feel good about the money we were spending and the pricing was definitely fair. Most importantly they got us scheduled for an all day replacement in a day. So in conclusion I will refer them to anyone I hear of with an issue, and I will always use these guys.
They also honor their Veterans!

AC Max was great! Had cooling issues on the weekend and called around. They were the only one that answered their phone! They arrived in less than an hour and had my AC back up and running in less than two hours of my call. If you want a responsive HVAC company give AC Max a call!

They just gave a bid so far. It was reasonable. The men were polite and professional. Details were explained to us in clear, laymen terms.

As new customers, we called A/C Max for a Spring Maintenance check to give us peace of mind. Wes from A/C Max showed up at our home very much on time, even a bit earlier than expected. He immediately scoped out all 4 of our units for outside locations, thermostats and attic counterparts. Wes found we needed a bit of refrigerant and an overflow valve installed. AC Max came out recently on a Friday afternoon when my AC went out. This crew installed my AC a few years ago. At the time l didn't think 🤔
I need a warrantee. If I had purchased the warranty the problem would have been covered.
The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the issue with the repair work that he was doing.

Well , the dog peed in the same spot on my 1year old AC unit and created corrosion and a leak. After 3 bids I called these guys, all the other companies were telling me that it would not be covered under my 10 year warranty. They took the time to call the manufacturer and what do you know, it was covered under warranty after all. I commend their honesty, good pricing( half as much as 2 of quotes) and the quick service. Good job, highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company. Our experience with them began when we bought a new AC system from them. All went well until exactly one year later. We began to have a problem with the system and called them. Their technician came out three separate times to try to fix the issue. They were unable to fix the problem and were completely uneducated on the very system their company had installed. The technician seemed thoroughly unqualified. After paying them to leave, we called another company who came out and fixed the issue immediately and easily and charged us less than A/C Max had.

Our AC stopped working and we needed to get someone to come to the house as soon as possible. We contacted A/C Max and they were able to come out the same day. This was pretty amazing considering the technician had to drive across town in rush hour traffic to get here. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was so impressed that I also signed up for the service program. We hadn't established a plan with an HVAC company yet as we had just recently relocated to Willis, TX. Being a home inspector I know how much these plans can help maintain and extend the life of an HVAC system. I recommend Jose and A/C Max for all of your HVAC service needs.
