Let me tell you about this AC company! They knew our units inside out and understood exactly what we needed. They zoomed over in a flash, found all the issues, and had our unit feeling cool as a cucumber in no time! Can you believe it? Even though our unit is older than my favorite pair of socks, they rescued it without breaking the bank! Not to mention, their customer service was out of this world! I'm shouting it from the rooftops - these folks are top-notch for both commercial and residential needs! Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 🌟

Darren was exceptional! Took the time to go over all of our options, was very thorough in his explanations and listened to our needs and concerns.

This company has my vote. My elderly mom AC went out today. Called them and they squeezed in in in few hours. Got her up and running. They did it with smile and did it a more than fair price. Even had replacement parts on the truck, quick and easy. Truly grateful for not being ripped off and given the run around!

They are fantastic every.single.time. I will not go to anyone else. They did a great job and whoever else has issues with their AC system, I highly recommend them.

When we first bought our new AC unit less than 2 years ago we thought everything was great. We found out the hard way that that really wasn't the case. The initial representative that we worked with directly did a HORRIBLE job installing our new unit and we had no idea until we tried to turn on the heater during the freeze and it wouldn't turn on. A new representative of AC Max quickly came to our house and informed us of the gravity of the situation. His name is Jose and he was VERY professional and he did not sugar coat our situation which I truly appreciated. Our situation had to be brought to the new owner Darren who contacted me almost immediately to discuss the options we had to resolve the issue as best we can. Darren has been extremely helpful, courteous, understanding, and professional. He was not the owner when our unit was put in and the representative that initially created this mess is no longer an employee. It was literally Darren's first day owning the company when all of this came to a head and he immediately jumped right in to help us. He has done absolutely everything he possibly can to correct this disaster of a situation and we truly appreciate him and his efforts. He handled this situation so professionally and urgently. Jose is a huge asset to his company and he is an extremely hard worker. His professionalism and attention to detail is beyond impressive. What started off as a huge disaster and disappointing experience has been made right by the help and hard work of these two people and we are very grateful for their patience and their sense of urgency to help us.

My drain lines from the evaporator unit plugged up and shut the unit down late one afternoon. A/C Max made an after hours call out to clear the drains. There was a problem with the connection to the house plumbing under the bathroom sink. They went out o their way to take care of that and did an excellent job getting the drains cleaned out and flowing. Their charge was very reasonable, especially considering the extra work they did with the connection to the house drain.

We had been having issues with our old HVAC system ever since purchasing our home (a bit of a fixer upper) about 7 months ago. After a not so great experience with a different company we decided to go with AC Max based on previous reviews. We were not disappointed! Darren and his team were quick to come out and determine what the issue was and gave various suggestions at different price points. We ultimately decided to go with an entire new unit. Darren worked with us to get us at a price we were comfortable with without having to sacrifice quality. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. They went above and beyond doing this job. They were thorough and did not cut any corners. They even fixed several issues that had been previously done incorrectly by other companies to ensure everything was done perfectly and made suggestions for future repairs. We couldn’t be happier with our new system, which is shockingly better than any other system we’ve ever had, despite the outside unit being half the size and whisper quiet! We highly recommend AC Max and this is the only company we’ll go with moving forward for future upgrades, maintenance, and repairs. As a bonus, this company is super veteran friendly!

AC Max did a great job installing our new unit. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us in the loop with any hiccups they encountered along the way.
They worked all day in the August heat and were nothing but smiles the entire time.

Joseph with Omni A/C was great. He texted in advance of arriving, showed up promptly, and made the repairs without any issues or extras. AND he did all of this in the rain. I highly recommend Omni for all of your A/C needs.

I called Joseph with OMNI Air as we were having some mildew in our AC vents. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He recognized the issue immediately and told us what we could do to fix it. I would 1000% call Joseph again for any AC needs. A+++

Joseph and Omni Air was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me a bunch. Got right to the point! Called for maintenance and check up on a fairly new system someone else installed and he found quite a few things to improve flow upstairs. That’s actually why I called. So we went over different options and ended up getting great service at a great price!!!

Quick back story here...Our heating and a/c unit was almost 20 years old and we recently had some issues with the heater. Not wanting to be without heat or air conditioning we decided it was time to get a whole new system before the summer heat kicked in. So we got 3 bids, the first 2 bids were from big companies in the Conroe area and both were a horrible experience. It was like dealing with car salesmen. Both of them tried to up sell us on things that we didn't need and when we questioned the price, one of them ask us how much we afford to pay! They were not looking to do the best job for us, they were just out to make a ton of money at our expense. Sorry just my opinion, but they were both seemed as dishonest as the day is long.

Lucky for us, I called Omni Air and Joseph came out and did a complete inspection of our old system. Afterwards he spent a lot of time explaining the new systems that are available and the differences between them and what he thought would work best for us. He never once tried to upsell us on anything. As promised, the next day we received the bids and to our surprise they were very reasonable. The bid also included a great warranty as well.

The new unit was just installed on Thursday and was done in a very professional manner. We recently had new paint and flooring done and the installers were very careful not to scratch anything and the clean up was done to perfection.

We are EXTREMELY happy with everything that was done from start to finish. I can honestly say Joseph is definitely a man of integrity and this has been a great experience for us. Because of the stellar service that we received, Omni Air will be our heating and air conditioning professionals for life. Many thanks to Joseph and crew for a job well done.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Very professional team of technicians. I got a new AC unit and furnace in my attic. Protection was put over my floors to catch any dirt, all debris and old equipment was removed. I highly recommend this company.
