I had a technician come out and was quoted several thousand dollars for the repairs. I know HVAC can be expensive... and I would hate to think that they were trying to take advantage of their customers, but, now I’m not sure.

After receiving such a high quote, we needed time to process and think about the repairs or if we wanted a new system due to all the maintenance needed. Our house was built 2018 for reference, and we were not planning on needing a new system. Additionally, the weather had been cool and we weren’t uncomfortable, so we felt we could wait.

I called back the other day, and representative on the phone told me that the service prices may not be the same anymore and she would call back after speaking to their technician. They never got back to me…

The longer I waited, the more doubt I built. Something felt really off, I trusted my gut and got a second opinion and called Weiss HVAC. They arrived and fixed the shoddy wiring that was done by the previous technician and explained that I did not need the work that was being suggested. I posted my receipts with my personal information redacted.

I hope for this company, it was all human error because it feels borderline criminal. This was a truly disheartening experience and I have lost faith to use them in the future.

I called A/C Max after being referred to them by a friend when our air conditioning went out. They were able to make it to my house quickly and found the evaporator coil had a leak. They advised the evaporator coil would need to be replaced eventually. I was given a written proposal for the work to be done, and I scheduled the work to be done on Friday. They contacted me the day before to let me know when the installers would be there. They showed up as expected and replaced my evaporator coil. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. From the time I first called A/C Max to the time the work was completed everyone was friendly and professional.

Wes and his crew were very professional and efficient in their handling of our a/c repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a/c repair or replacement work.

This company answer a call that no other company did on Friday 14th, I call every A/C, Handy man, Appliance repair company on goole ,Then I called this company and they made an effort to put me on their schedule for my A/C emergency .I was so impressed they were very professional , knowledgeable and thorough.

My experience was great.... I called them and explained how our Ac was not working and that it was an emergency due to my daughter has been sick and running fevers and I couldn't get her body cooled off.. They sent an amazingly sweet man named SEAN out here to fix the Ac. He figured out the problem really quick and went to work fixing it. He was very kind and respectful. It took him no time to fix our Ac and our house of finally cool again... I am sooooo greatfull on how quick and efficient they were... I recommend on using this company do Ac repairs..and prices are on spot with other companies, maybe even a little cheaper...thank you sooooo much AC MAX.

My a/c went out at 7pm on a Friday night and I live in the middle of nowhere. I called and they were headed home, but turned around, drove 45 minutes, and fixed my air. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and charged less than I expected. Thank you so much for everything you did!

The AC Repairman was: professional, at the house within the hour of my call, completed a thorough check (inside & out), & fixed my downstairs AC which had not worked properly for over a year. Then he stuck around to measure the temp from all of the vents - THANK YOU!! It's so awesome to come home to a cool house after a long day.
