When we needed quick service with a new house we were buying, Kahl was there. Dillion answered all of my many questions. I have serious allergies to mold and pet dander. He explained that an air scrubber and UV light would help out tremendously. I didn’t realize how quickly I would be able to tell the difference. My chronic cough and runny nose stopped immediately. I would highly recommend the Air Quality Package. Ask for Dillion!

We’ve used Kahl for several years, they are always professional. I really like the system they have that texts me with the technicians name and when they are on the way. Today Austin came to do the summer preventative service and he was great!

I appreciate always feeling like a priority with Kahl no matter how big or small my issue is. From the time that I call in to the minute the tech leaves, the service is impeccable. Dustin explained why my system was clogged up and gave me advice on how to try to prevent it moving forward. Great service!

Our technician Hector Centeno was very professional, explained everything into detail not once but twice since my husband wasn't home at the time and he had some questions. Hector explained everything over the phone to the very last detail. Needless to say we are very satisfied with the service, we will call them again if we need AC services.

I highly recommend them, getting an appointment was super easy, they were here the very next day. This is also the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed.

I have already posted a very positive review about Kahl AC but I felt compelled to post a follow up two years after the original install & review. With all the recent thunderstorms in our area, I think our AC system may have experienced an electrical surge that caused it to go into “safety mode”. The surge protector protected the system but it needed to be reset. A technician was dispatched the same day and quickly reset the system and performed diagnostics to ensure no other issues. No wonder Kahl gets such great reviews!
I highly recommend Kahl AC. They provided a quote the day after their visit to our home, they started the installation two days after I signed it and completed the installation of two units within 3 days. They recommended and I chose a three stage system which is the latest technology available. The bigger unit worked to perfection immediately. The zoned system needed quite a bit more "tweaking" due to the new technology. The service manager had to return a number of times and even brought the manufacturer's engineer with him. He vowed that he would not rest until every little thing worked perfectly and until I was 100% satisfied. He was true to his word, he explained everything that he was doing and why, and in the end, everything is working to perfection and I did not incur any additional costs. If you are looking for a company that will stand behind their work, Kahl will not disappoint.

I’ve been a customer of Kahl’s for several years now, after many frustrating experiences with other AC and heating companies. Kahl is truly my go-to for all my HVAC needs! The Kahl representative Austin, was excellent. He was very through and explained everything he performed . The repair costs were stated clearly and without pressure. I have an annual preventative maintenance agreement and highly recommended Kahl.

We were referred to Kahl's via my brother in law. This was our first experience with Kahl's and start to finish it was fantastic. We reached online July 2nd 2025 to scheduled a technician to come and check out our AC. We received a response quickly that an appointment was available the following day July 3rd 2025. Hector Centeno was our technician on July 3rd. He was thorough and did a complete check of things in the attic and outside. He explained everything in terms we could understand and showed pictures he had taken of our system. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately for us our system could not be repaired and we had to get a new unit. When Hector left he advised us that someone would be reaching out to schedule the next step. We received a call on the afternoon of July 3rd to schedule the appointment to get a new system picked out. As the Friday was July 4th our appointment was scheduled for Monday. The appointment was scheduled between 4-6 on July 7th with Dylan Pesnell. Dylan arrived very close to the 4pm mark. He was very friendly and explained what his role on the team is and completed an inspection of everything to see what we needed for our new system. He provided us with several options and did not try to up sale us. We were able to find a solution that worked for our budget. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. He explained the entire process. Dylan left after 5pm and immediately put in the order for our new unit. I received a call on Tuesday July 8th and the appointment for installation was scheduled for Wednesday July 9th. The team that completed the install were amazing. They were on time and worked quickly to get our system installed. Even with thunderstorms outside they got our entire system replaced in about 6-7 hours. They were friendly, professional, and communicative through the entire process. They updated me regularly with what they were doing and encouraged that I ask any questions I had.

This was our first interaction with Kahl's and we are very pleased. There was full transparency throughout the process and we feel like they are a company that can be trusted and will keep their word. Once we met with Hector and then Dylan we did not even try to get other bids. We stuck with the company because of the people.

Thanks to Kahl for continuing to provide top notch, professional mechanical and HVAC service work. Our service technician today, Hector Centeno, was excellent in diagnosing and repairing a problem with one of our AC units in a very efficient and upfront manner, keeping us informed with no surprises. We have been a Kahl customer for 8+ years and their service is second to none.

Our upstairs AC went decided to go out at 5pm. Called Karl thinking I was going to get an answering machine but was pleasantly surprised to talk to their staff who was able to dispatch Josh Hay the same night! Turns out it wasn’t a simple fix but Josh explained everything in detail while showing me his findings and went over all options. Even though it wasn’t what I was hoping for, their quick response, detailed explanation and clear guidance made me appreciate their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend KAHL and Josh Hay!

My technician, Austin was amazing. He deserves to be recognized, he needs a raise. The most knowledgeable and professional technician I have ever had. It's been in the 90's for several days now. He came out on an afterhours call on a Sunday evening, Memorial Day weekend. They cleaned out my clogged drains and checked all of my equipment. I am back to being comfortable and cool during this heat. Can't say enough how much peace of mind it gives me to know there is a company out there that delivers exceptional customer service. Grateful indeed.

The only AC company I will ever use and recommend! I have been using them for the past 4 years and the attention to service and detail is next level! They are always happy to help and readily available for emergencies. When we had a new baby and our AC went out; they arrived quickly at night to remedy the situation until we could get a new AC installed the next day so our baby would be comfortable. Most recently Joshua H came out and did our service and took his time checking pipes, intake/output, coil cooling, etc and changed our filters to make sure everything was working as it should, he was great!!

Nathan came to do my maintenance before the winter weather hits. He was thorough and did a complete check up. Went up in the attic. He explained in terms I could understand. Nathan was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Kahl, I have had them for 2 years now and always been happy. I have their maintenance plan.
