My wife and I want to thank Weiss for their great service. Their service technician Zandon was very personable, skilled and thorough. He explained everything that was done and answered all of our questions.

Technician was very thorough and efficient. He was very pleasant. Normal experience for Weiss techs. Gladly recommend them to anyone.

I am so thankful for Craft and his desire to get to the bottom of my problem. I was unable to interface with one of my 2 mini splits. It had never connected to the WiFi and I was unable to operate it remotely. After 2 visits and many futile attempts to bring it on line, Craft discovered through his connection with Gree technical support that we had to lower the Wpa security in order for this particular unit to talk to the WiFi. After making the WPA swap, the unit came online and connected to the Gree APP. Again many thanks to Craft for his determination and sticktoitedness. Had it not been for his efforts, I would still be scratching my head and unable to remotely operate my mini split. Thank you Weiss for employing quality technicians.

Got home from work and realized the AC was out on a Saturday around 5:30. Called Weiss after hours and they sent a technician to my house shortly after. Marshall came by and got it fixed up with a new capacitor and did a full systems check. He was in and out in less than a hour! Very polite and efficient. 10/10 recommend!

Installed 2 new Trane TrueComfort 20 systems. A 4 ton and a 3 ton true variable speed system (new condensor, coil and furnace for each). They did a great job installing the new units. If I had any concerns or questions throughout the process, they addressed them immediately. Overall very happy with what I received, and very happy with Weiss AC. I highly recommend them.

I am so glad I found Weiss AC. Both the office staff and technicians (shout out to Grayson) are polite, responsive and do their job well. Extremely pleased with both the work and reasonable pricing.

Recently worked with this company for our HVAC needs. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. We did not feel pressured and I felt comfortable asking follow up questions. Their prices are fair and I believe they provide high quality workmanship. I would use them for future needs.

Zandon was our HVAC tech, he was knowledgeable and patient explaining everything and getting all our questions answered. He also did a great job installing everything and making the needed repairs!

Ken was very polite, attentive to details and knowledgeable. You can tell he knows what he is talking about when it comes to HVAC stuff and he explained things very well. He came out on short notice to quote my repair needs which was really appreciated too.

I chose Weiss because they had awesome ratings and now I see why. They were very thorough, did an excellent job of putting in two AC systems, and had great follow up to make sure I was happy, which I was.
Addendum. They came back for a small issue. The staff immediately organized for a tech to come out. Grayson showed up when he said he would. He was very pleasant. Once again, they did an excellent job.

Weiss AC goes above and beyond for their customers. I recently posted in my neighborhood FB group asking if anyone had a tall ladder that I could use to fix a fallen air vent cover on a very high ceiling in my home. Owner, Nick Weiss, messaged me within minutes offering to stop by and put the air vent cover back up himself! I was so surprised and thankful for his kindness and willingness to help despite me not being a Weiss customer (yet)! I am SO grateful for Weiss AC jumping in to help a neighbor and will absolutely be reaching out to them for my future HVAC needs. Thank you Nick! Y'all are awesome.

I scheduled a furnace maintenance and it was quick and easy to book an appointment online. They were able to accommodate an appointment date within a week... where other companies had a wait of over a month.

Grayson from Weiss showed up near the start of the appointment window and was friendly and professional.

Everything went smooth during the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

These guys stand by their work and I appreciate that! My AC went out this past Friday. After doing some troubleshooting Saturday morning to see if it’s a simple fix, I was unable to get it back working so I decided to give them a call. They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced.

They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents.

I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working.

They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it.

I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys!

Heath was just great. He walked us through the process. He let us know what was the issue and our options. He let us know exactly what everything’s gonna cost and he was fun to work with and got the job done and diagnosed it very quickly.

We had a remarkable experience with Weiss Air Conditioning and heating. A few Fridays ago we realized our AC was not cooling our home. That afternoon a technician was out and did a thorough inspection. Both of our units were out after 13 years of running. Nick had a unit ready to install Sunday morning to help cool us down. Our second unit arrived 48 hours later. That was quick service! The finance terms were reasonable and Ashley worked with us to get the best terms.
