I'm the kind of person who likes to understand how things work, and they took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how it was caused. They didn't try to upsell me a bunch of bloated extra services, either. They just said what I needed, and that was that. Highly recommend

When you hear them talk about American companies this is as American as it gets. They work hard, they provide an amazing product, and they care about you. I wouldn't recommend any other ac repair company. They came out at 10 pm helped me fix my ac so that my family wouldn't sweat anymore. They start at 6 am and don't finish until the jobs are done.

I bought a brand new home in Bentwater in 2016. We had an electrical surge which blew out a capacitor and the Carrier a/c began performing inadequately after only 7 years. The previous contractor did not register the unit. Consequently, our warranty was only 5 years as opposed to 10 years and the unit was out of warranty. Called Blake's A/C and Heating, as we have been using them for bi-yearly maintenance. Kyle is the son of the owner Pam Kubicek. They are a breath of fresh air! Kyle is a stickler for perfection! He came out and completed a tear down of the entire existing a/c condensing unit, coil and furnace. He the installed a complete a/c unit, coil and furnace. Additionally, he checked out the entire system and found many flaws during the 2016 install. He found my plenum full of mold, many leaks, a faulty drain system and pipes with elbows which shoul have run straight. He corrected these problems, addes a soft start kit to my condensing unit to help with efficiency and protect from surges. He also added an infrared led light to kill any mold he was unable to clean from the plenum, which also serves as an air purifier. The new unit is awesome and the air smells so clean coming out of the ducts. Kyle was at my residence from 1030 AM until 930 PM. He left my home and attic immaculate upon completion of the install. The pricing was very fair considering the extra stuff he performed. I highly recommend Blake's to anyone in need of maintenance, installation or anything dealong with HVAC issuea or concersns. Thanks Pam and Kyle we truly appreciate your professionalism, courtesy and expedience and getting us bakc up and running! You will be our A/C folks forever!

Absolutely horrible! They were hired to replace a computer board for my AC and all duct work. The duct work was not only not up to code but it leaked! After they final lay after almost 2 years from install came back out they agreed it was really bad and did install number two for all air ducts. Then come to find out it STILL was not up to code and not only that they did not seal it! We even have a vent that was left unattached so you feel cold air blowing into the attic. This company does less than shoddy work and do not hire experienced people. Highly recommend you stay away.

Blakes ac has done it again. 5 stars. My ac went out last summer and they found out my compressor was under warranty this saved me alot of money. Yesterday my ac had stopped working correctly 5 days and I called Pam the owner she had her son come out within and hour. My capacitor went out. Within 20 min it was fixed and my house was cooled down. I highly recommend this company. 👌 Thank you Blake's heating and AC..

Our A/C blower went out so we explored recommendation from the Nextdoor AP. I called I thought had the best reviews and was shocked with the pricing (wow !) so I called the next best, Blake’s A/C. Pam was very responsive and got right after it by locating a new blower part and provided a quote to replace the part. If it wasn’t for the weekend (Sunday - Parts Warehouse close) it would have been fixed the same day. Technician Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable. They have a great Team and won’t try to push you (high price repair quote) towards a new A/C unit if they can just fix what’s broken. Honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. Great to see there is still companies like this nearby in Montgomery, Texas !!!!

I’d like to recommend the Weiss Air Conditioning that installed AC in my attic. They completed the job quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. Excellent workmanship and very professional team.

Heath and his guys came out on Friday and we were told we needed 2 new water tanks. They came back out Monday and put in tankless heaters. They stayed until 8 so they could finish and leave both sides of the house with hot water. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Amazing customer service and quick response! We have worked with Weiss AC for a few years now and can’t say enough great things about the company as a whole. The ladies scheduling are super friendly and the technicians are top notch! We recently put in a new unit and redesigned all of our ducts to maximize air flow. The builder did a horrible job and it never worked well until Edward with Weiss AC got his hands on it! Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable! He always shows up with a smile!

The Weiss crew was on time, efficient, and professional. They redesigned our ducting system for better efficiency and replaced our two 30-year-old systems in one day.

Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating is my top choice company to use. They are very professional, great customer service, fare pricing with finance options. I have had Weiss come to my house several times over the years and I have always had excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone as a first choice. I just had entire Ruud brand AC system installed today 7/28/25. Easily, 5 star rating with how Weiss handled the entire process.

We called Weiss Air Conditioning & Heating regarding an ongoing issue with our upstairs AC unit and they sent Edward out the same day. After a very thorough diagnostic check we decided to replace the unit since there were so many issues and they had their installers here the next morning. Edward came back out afterwards to double check all the AC settings and to make sure the unit was performing correctly, he also helped with the app setup and blowing out a clogged drain line.
I highly recommend this Company, they are extremely professional. Be sure and ask for Edward, he is very knowledgeable.

We experienced a down AC unit that required replacement. Weiss was able to timely assess and recommend a solution. Their team returned and completed the job that afternoon and followed for a post repair/install two weeks later. Really enjoyed the service, attention to detail, timeliness, and the courtesy of the team!

Weiss A/C has done several repairs for us over the past two years, helping us bandage our old unit until we can afford a new one. Zandon came by today to work on our compressor. My baby was sleeping, so he kept his voice down and went in and out the back door. I’ve had nothing but kind service techs.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Highly recommend Weis Heating and Cooling Marshal installed our new thermostat. He was patient, personable and took the time to help us understand how to use the new smart device. He also gave great recommendations for filtering our home. We have a Weiss maintenance account and its been great to keep our home running.

Great experience with this company. I was having an issue with my heater and everything was explained and fixed quickly. I thought the pricing was fair. Will use in the future. Great customer service as well.
