We have had 5 STAR service from Swonke AC since we first started using them more than 10 years ago. They really know what they are doing, always show up when scheduled, and never try to up-sell anything. If they can fix the problem they will and we never worry about their honesty. Swonke has patched up our two old units over the years until we had no choice but to eventually have them replaced. We got a good honest bid, outstanding installation, and you can't beat their followup service. We use their twice yearly maintenance program and they are really on top of making sure everything is running right. This is a local, family owned business and their service and integrity is the best you will find.

Swonke A/C responded to our call today on our unit not cooling. The service on our AC unit was above and beyond! Daniel and Skyler were the most polite young men and quickly identified why the unit was failing. They discovered that our contractors had shot a nail through the Freon pipe. They allowed us time to work with the contractor to remove the recently installed siding and returned promptly to fix the pipe and test the unit. The A/C service was quick, discreet and well done. Daniel and Jimmy have been taking care of our A/C and heater for about 6 years now. We have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have excelled at trouble shooting our old systems and when one of the systems finally died they were able to replace it quickly and did so in a cost effective manner. They have walked me through every repair and the reasons behind why the repair was needed ( I wish doctors would be as forthright).
We will be moving soon and I hope I can convince them to come visit us, 1 weeks room and board in exchange for system service. Lol

Swonke AC & Heating has been maintaining and repairing my AC And Heating since 2019 Both Jimmy and Daniel responded in a timely manner every time I called them with a problem. I never had any problems. They are very courteous and respectful and do a good job.

I am renovating an old home and needed the AC system and duct work completely removed and replaced. It required cutting access holes in the ceiling to remove and replace the duct work. It was labor intensive and required attention to detail. Jimmy and his team did a great job. I selected Swonke AC because Jimmys knowledge and attention to detail during the initial meeting was very apparent. Very happy with the work and glad I chose them.

Since purchasing our home in 2012 we have had Swonke dealing with our home unit. They have amazing customer service and the best technicians too.
